From the high-quality equipped living / dining room you access the two beautiful south-facing balconies. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, another room with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and window.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Es war so schön! Wir kommen gern wieder! Es wäre schön, wenn auch die Strandmuschel eine Fernbedienung für die Schranke ausgeben würde, gern auch gegen Pfand. Treppenhausreinigung am frühen Morgen: Bitte nicht so laut mit dem Besen gegen das Stahlgeländer dongeln, danke!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (toll waren die vielen Bücher und Spiele) und die Lage ist super. Eine kaputte Nachttischlampe, die ich reklamiert hatte, wurde leider nicht während des Urlaubs (10 Tage) ersetzt.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Leistungsstarkes WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert. Leider wird die Eigentümergemeinschaft Sonnenweg 5b nicht auch direkt von der PAS GmbH vor Ort verwaltet und hausmeisterlich betreut. Sonst wäre das Beheben der Nachwehen des Abwasserschadens im Keller der Anlage (übler Gestank nach Kloake im gesamten Treppenhaus, ausgefallene Waschmaschine) sicher zügiger verlaufen. Summa summarum: Wir kommen gern wieder!

It would be nice if the beach tent would also give out a remote control for the barrier, preferably against a deposit.

A really beautiful flat.
Powerful Wi-Fi would still be desirable.
Unfortunately, the owners' association Sonnenweg 5b is not also directly managed and cared for by PAS GmbH on site. Otherwise, the aftermath of the sewage damage in the basement of the complex (foul stench of sewage in the entire stairwell, failed washing machine) would have been remedied more quickly.
All in all:
We will gladly come again!

The flat was very well equipped (the many books and games were great) and the location is great.
A broken bedside lamp, which I complained about, was unfortunately not replaced during the holiday (10 days).
