Very nice, comfortable holiday apartment. The apartment must also be very well insulated, as you could hardly hear the other guests. The staff from PAS were very friendly and very helpful. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the two balconies. I would have preferred them to be cleaned better. There were still cobwebs and dirt visible in the corners, which seemed not fresh but rather older in origin. Overall, however, I felt comfortable.

Dreamlike apartment, super equipped, nothing is really missing. Very well maintained and tastefully furnished. Ideal for a couple with max. 2 children or 2 adults and/or with dogs.. And the location is hardly found a second time throughout Poel. Best conditions for a fantastic vacation.

Beautiful holiday apartment with a great location just a few meters from the beach and (limited) sea view through the trees. The apartment has everything you need; at least I didn't miss anything. Small deductions in the B-grade: -a fly screen on at least one of the two balconies would be, in my opinion. desirable and necessary - personally, I would have wished for better garden furniture for the balcony(s), the small non-adjustable plastic chairs are not particularly comfortable and ergonomic. What one should note: The shower is definitely not suitable for tall people! Also, people who are more robust will probably have their (space) problems there, as the shower is really very small. Otherwise, service and processing by the PAS team as usual super! Can definitely be recommended overall and in conclusion!

It was a wonderful vacation. There are no direct criticisms, just a few suggestions, such as the fly/insect screens are unfortunately not well sealed; they urgently need to be reattached. There is plenty of dishware available. Just a few more pots and pans would be nice, and they should indeed work on the induction plate, as neither of the two examples worked. A few more bowls or storage containers would also be nice. We missed the games and books that were always there. We thank you for the pleasant stay. We will come back in 2025. Best regards, B. Praise for the two balconies: in the morning, there is sun on one balcony for breakfast, and in the afternoon on the other balcony. I found the bike storage option very good; one could park the e-bike in the evening without worry. Private parking space with a barrier. Criticism: a sun shade for each balcony would be very nice, as well as at least a few lounge chairs for one of the balconies.

The bathroom, specifically the shower, could use an update. The doors do not close completely, and the water flow is more of a whistling drip than a continuous stream. The apartment was otherwise cleaned perfectly as always.

It was, as always, a wonderful vacation in a very beautiful accommodation. The "care" provided by the staff of PAS is excellent. One point of criticism would be the insect protection on the windows. Some are partially broken or completely missing, allowing mosquitoes free entry. This would be an important measure to address, and I kindly ask for it to be repaired or replaced. The service provided by the PAS staff was very friendly and professional. We missed the internet a bit, but you can do without it on holiday
