You can easily reach the house by car and from there you can ski to the slopes, which are right next to the house. The skiing area has about 152 km of slopes and about 52 lifts. The house is very cosy and modernly furnished. Ground floor: huge living area that combines a modern kitchen with bar area, dining area with very large, solid wooden table and living area. Of course the living room shines with a tiled stove and LED TV, 50 inch Samsung TV, stereo and Blue-Ray player; 2 double bedrooms and adjoining bathroom. In addition, a large terrace with newly landscaped garden. Basement: own exclusive wellness area with sauna/steam bath & whirlpool, LET-TV, 46 inch Sony and experience shower; WC, double bedroom and children's room with 2 connected bunk beds for 4 safe sleeping places.

Our house "Vier Jahreszeiten" is located on the side of the ski slope/ski lift, about 100 meters away. Here in a small mountain settlement, at an altitude of 900 meters, surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the "Salzburg Dolomites".
The skiing area ("Dachstein West") comprises about 150 km of slopes with about 50 lifts/mountain railways. Also in summer the Lammertal attracts with excellent leisure, sports and hiking possibilities
Good accessibility also in winter, snow chains are rarely needed.
Annaberg is located in the Lammertal (Salzburger Land), in the middle of the skiing and hiking area 'Dachstein-West'. The new wooden log cabin is located in the middle of meadows and forests, with a fantastic view of the Salzburg Dolomites, right next to the ski slope. The Salzburger Land is known for its high recreational value. Here you will find numerous lakes, wonderful hiking and nature reserves
Directions: Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg, approx. 1 km after border crossing turn right onto A10 towards Villach, after approx. 25 km exit Golling/Abtenau, towards Abtenau (approx. 24 km), straight through Abtenau, approx. 3 km after Abtenau turn right towards Annaberg, after approx. 8 km (about 1 km before Annaberg) turn left towards 'Dachstein-West' and 'Alpendorf', about 3 km up the hill, at the turn-off for "Alpendorf" still straight ahead, then after about 150 m turn right, 1st house on the left. A warm welcome!
The city of Salzburg is just around the corner: 59 km to Salzburg, 52 km to Berchtesgaden, 84 km to Chiemsee, 182 km to Munich, 93 km to Kitzbühel.

Downstairs: own exclusive spa area with sauna/steam room & whirlpool, LED TV, 46 inch and experience shower; WC, double bedroom and children's bedroom with 2 linked bunk beds for 4 safe sleeping spaces.
The upstairs shower room has marble/granite flooring with underfloor heating and includes a WC, vanity unit and shower. The fittings also include a heated towel rail. The wellness area with garden access in the basement has completely ceramic tiles (Sollnhofener limestone) with underfloor heating and partial wall heating. Here you will find a spacious experience shower with rain shower and side massage jets. The sauna with LED colour therapy, also has a steam generator for gentle warm air therapy. The whirlpool is suitable for 2 - 3 persons and is equipped with many air jets as well as lateral water massage jets and additional colour therapy. From the relaxation lounger, as well as from the whirlpool, you are in direct view of the large LED - TV. We also have fitness equipment such as a so-called 'cross trainer' and a so-called 'power plate'. There are also 4 sledges available.
