The new chalet full of cosiness, flair and style is located in the heart of the Dachstein-West family ski area, directly on the ski slope with a descent to the new gondola lift!
The special thing about this chalet is the homey feeling and the sum of many little things. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the 12m² panoramic windows directly onto the Bischofsmütze, the landmark of the Salzburg Dolomites, during breakfast or after skiing.
The stylish, modern and very cosy furnishings with open kitchen equipped to a high standard, a 180° panoramic fireplace, large dining table for 10 people made of wild oak, modern BluRay stereo and TV system in the sofa corner will fulfil your every wish.
The house has two double bedrooms furnished with luxurious Ruf beds, a children's room with triple bunk beds and a gallery room with comfortable futon style bed and a large sofa bed. In the finest and cozy bedding and fresh mountain air you will sleep deeply and restfully.
There are two bathrooms available for your well-being. One on the ground floor with a bathtub and shower, one upstairs with a shower and there is also an additional guest toilet.
The sauna is located in the garden and is directly accessible from the upstairs bathroom. In front of the chalet are two parking spaces and the ski room.
We attach particular importance to child-friendly furnishings. A cot, high chair, safety gate for the stairs and extensive children's crockery and cutlery are also part of the equipment.
On request, we also offer a childcare service for your little ones from the age of three by our experienced housekeeper. You can also book guided hikes with her.
In addition to skiing on over 145 km of ski slopes, hiking on 700 km of hiking trails, you will also find rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking or tobogganing in summer in Annaberg.

Between the Tennengebirge, the Dachstein and the Bischofsmütze lies Annaberg in the Lammertal (Salzburger Land), in the middle of the skiing and hiking area 'Dachstein-West'.
Welcome to Chalet 'Annaberg'. It is only 200 m to the ski slope.
The Salzburger Land will enchant you with its numerous lakes, thermal, natural and adventure baths, the 'Salzkammergut', ice caves, gorges and waterfalls.
Other activities: snowshoeing, touring ski, toboggan run, ice skating, Nordic walking, white water sports, canyoning, climbing.
Ski: Out of bed and onto the slopes! 145 kilometres of slopes, 72 cable cars and ski lifts offer one of the largest family ski areas in Austria - the ski region Dachstein-West (Gossau-Russbach-Annaberg). The variety of ski areas offers the perfect mix of the family-friendly, multiple award-winning ski region Dachstein-West, the varied Postalm Arena and the (re-)beginners Eldorados Abtenau and
Hiking is possible with snowshoes through the deep snow or on 150 km of cleared hiking trails.
Whether skating or classic - on a total length of over 200 kilometers and with more than 30 trails, there is the right tour for everyone.
New illuminated toboggan run in Abtenau is available.

Chalet Annaberg - highly recommended
The location and equipment of the house leave nothing to be desired
The view from the panoramic windows is breathtaking at any time of day or night.
The chalet is very cosy, not least because of the stove, which radiates cosy warmth.
And the location is also perfect. Approx. 100m walk to the slope entrance and in case of fresh snow you can ski back to the door
Johanna Schreder, who manages the house, is very friendly and answered all our questions promptly
There were five of us in the chalet and we felt very comfortable
