Description
The newly built wooden log house is beautifully situated at 1000 m above sea level and has a fantastic view of the Salzburg Dolomites and is located directly in the ski area Dachstein-West (100 m to the piste) The comfortably furnished house has a spacious living area on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa bed on which you can snuggle up wonderfully in front of the soapstone stove. The living area is also equipped with a flat screen and stereo. Next to it is the very well equipped fitted kitchen with oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave and many other electrical appliances. The dining area in country house style offers a nice ambience for comfortable dining. Furthermore there is a bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor. Coming from the hallway is the bathroom with a ground-level all-glass shower with toilet.
From the roofed house entrance one comes first into the anteroom. There is plenty of space for luggage, shoes, supplies, ski racks etc. In summer there is also a washing machine.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom 1 has two single beds and the scarf room 2 a big double bed ( 2 x 2 m ). The rooms have built-in wooden wardrobes and a wooden ceiling with exposed beams, creating a wonderful, cosy atmosphere.
Next to it is the 2nd bathroom with a large shower and WC.
A large garden hut offers place for ski or hiking equipment and serves as another additional storage room. In summer there are additional garden chairs and cushions, deck chairs, parasols and rotary clothes dryer.
There are wooden terraces around the house, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Through these terraces around the house and the excellent location on top of the mountain you have fantastic views of the surrounding mountains from all sides.
There is direct access by car to the house and from there a comfortable, short access to the house. The parking lot is directly below the house.
There are 2 entrances to the house from above and from below the house.
In 100 m distance there is an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which is available for our guests to use.

House Dolomitenblick
We had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin! Even though we only know Annaberg from other years with lots of snow, we really enjoyed it again. The cabin was truly very cozy and so beautifully clean! Indeed, when there is a lot of snow again, the hauling of food and luggage from the nearby parking lot is not so bad. The only downside was that you have to bring your own bedding, but that doesn't change the fact that we would gladly recommend the accommodation!

Highly recommended!
The holiday home is lovingly and very comfortably furnished and functionally equipped.
It is conveniently located with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and good access to the ski area.
The landlord was always approachable, very friendly, and helpful.
As a family of four, we had a wonderful ski week with beautiful weather and good snow, and we can highly recommend the holiday home!

Lovely holiday home in a beautiful location
Our short break in the Dolomitenblick holiday home was absolutely successful.
A domicile in a fantastic location with a wonderful panoramic view from the terraces surrounding the house. A superbly equipped accommodation, where nothing is missing. Homely atmosphere combined with attention to detail.
You can tell that the owners have equipped and maintained the house with a lot of experience in holiday rentals.
All around, this is how a holiday home should be.
We will come back.

relaxing family vacation in summer
The house fully met our expectations. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. The kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the terrace during breakfast was fantastic. The parking lot was optimal. The rolls and bread from the bread service at the reception are highly recommended. There are plenty of opportunities for excursions, activities, and hikes. We will definitely come back! :-)

Great house, leaves nothing to be desired.
A wonderful house, cozy, inviting, clean and equipped with many amenities. Nothing is missing. The well-equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations by far. The special atmosphere of the house is supported by the very beautiful fireplace and the well-kept decor.
We were surprised that there was also a dryer available. The arrangement of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for us 4 adults and 2 children.
Despite extreme snow shortages in many ski resorts, we still found excellent ski conditions here at the end of the season. The great location of the house, the proximity to the ski slope and the swimming pool are additional pluses. The verandas/terraces around the house offer absolutely stunning views of the mountains. The parking directly below the house is optimal. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the soothing sauna after a strenuous day of skiing.
We will definitely come back!

Knus huisje op mooie plek!
Mooi huisje op prachtige plek. Wij waren er met kinderen voor wintersport. Een stijl weggetje er naar toe, wat het wel wat spannend maakte om weg te komen als er veel sneeuw gevallen was.
Huisje zelf is knus, comfortabel.
We misten zelf een wasmachine (wordt in wintermaanden vanwege vorst niet geinstalleerd), en warme haken om de ski schoenen aan te drogen/warmen 's nachts.
Zeer prettige communicatie met de eigenaar, vooraf en tijdens verblijf.
Mooi skigebied, gevarieerd, kindvriendelijk, prima voor een week skipret met het gezin!

Leider hat der Gast nicht erwähnt, dass im Haus ein Wäschetrockner vorhanden ist.
Bei der Buchung werden die Gäste darauf hingewiesen, dass im Winter keine Waschmaschine installiert ist. Gleichzeitig weisen wir die Gäste darauf hin, dass es extra einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen im Hauptgebäude gibt.

Perfect accommodation for skiing holidays
Our family of four spent a wonderful 7 days in this house for the second time.
We didn't miss anything. We felt at home from the first minute. The cottage is very comfortably furnished, even with a fireplace, the kitchen also had everything you could need.
The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well.
The cleaning lady was also very diligent. Many thanks for that.
At breakfast we had a direct view of the mountains, with sunshine of course. There is no better way to start the day. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
We would love to come back to Haus Dolomitenblick!

A really nice hut - just a jump away from the piste
An idyllic cottage with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room and a beautiful gas fireplace. The sauna, which is only 5 minutes away on foot, can also be used. You can also order the bread service there. Ideal for 4 people.

Zeer goed verblijf gehad
Een zeer fijn verblijf gehad als gezin met twee tieners in deze nette, complete en schone vakantiewoning met fantastisch uitzicht! Gelegen op een kleinschalig park met vele mogelijkheden om gelijk vanaf het park de bergen in te trekken (met gondellift of te voet). Op 15 auto minuten gelegen van Abtenau waar zich winkels en horeca bevinden.

A great house in a wonderful location!
We felt very comfortable in this house from the very first moment. The equipment, especially in the kitchen area, is extremely comprehensive for a holiday home. The location is great and the view from the terrace to the mountains opposite is really spectacular. Definitely recommendable!

We had a wonderful week at Haus Dolomitenblick!
The chalet is close to the ski slope, was spotlessly clean and very well equipped
We particularly liked the warm, homely atmosphere of the house, which was especially due to the beautiful stove, the well-kept furnishings and the good layout.
The communication with the Döbele family went absolutely smoothly and we were informed about everything important in advance - thank you very much for that!
We will be very happy to come to Annaberg again!

Very cozy holiday home

Skiurlaub über Silvester
Ein ganz großes Lob an die Eigentümer! Wir sind mehr als begeistert gewesen, schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem warmen Kamin und einem guten Wein begrüßt. Ein paar nette Worte wurden auch nicht ausgelassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Dieses kleine aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Chalet wird definitiv wieder gebucht.
Die ganze Abwicklung vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zum letzten Gespräch mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, man hatte das Gefühl er kümmere sich mit um den Urlaub. Nicht zu vergessen ist der atemberaubenden Blick auf das Skigebiet und die Berge.

Ski urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus, das gemütlich eingerichtet und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Ein privater Parkplatz vor der Tür und ein Fußweg zur Skipiste machen dieses Haus zu einem Muss. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per E-Mail verlief reibungslos, ebenso wie die Schlüsselübergabe.

Weihnachten 2019
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Dolomitenblick über Weihnachten. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der schöne Ofen machte es sehr gemütlich. Hinzu kam, das wir noch sehr viel Schnee an Weihnachten bekommen haben. Das kennen wir Nordlichter ja nicht.
Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Ihrem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt, super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, ruhig gelegen und vor allem hat uns die Aussicht jeden Tag aufs Neue fasziniert!
Empfohlen haben wir es schon jedem, dem wir von unserem Urlaub erzählt haben :-)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir erneut bei Ihnen Uraub machen.

Sommerurlaub 2019
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, genügend Geschirr sowie Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Sehr komfortabel, da eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist.
Sehr angenehm, dass die Betten bei der Ankunft bereits bezogen sind.
Gemütliches Ambiente.
Die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr gepflegt.
Sehr praktisch, da wir zu dritt, Familie mit 17 jährigem Sohn da ware.
Große Terrasse ums Haus, wo wir täglich unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben.
Die Aussicht auf die Berge war sehr entspannend. Kostenlose Fahrt mit der Donnerkogelbahn.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit netten Vermietern
Eine tolle und Eingerichte Hütte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hütte liegt sehr zentral und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und Piste.
Der Eigentümer / Vermieter war sehr nett und jederzeit Hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft hat alles was benötigt wird um eine schöne Zeit zu haben.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
