Location and surroundings of object
Only 5-7 minutes’ walk to the beach, where you will be spoiled by several restaurants. You can get several specialties there, such as langos, palacsinta, and other dishes, along with a wide selection of drinks.
It is about 50 m from the holiday apartment to the town center. There, one restaurant follows the next.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays, the community hosts a concert at the music pavilion right by the train station with different styles of music. organized (folklore, theater music, Dixieland). At the harbor you can take boat tours. On Saturday the disco ship also departs from there. The local population is very polite. Fish at the harbor with other sports fans. There you will also find a special fish restaurant.

Small apartment
I would not recommend the apartment. Since there was no private balcony.
When you wanted to shower, the whole bathroom was flooded.
Positive:
It was not far from the beach.
The landlord was always reachable.

Mit Bedauern sehe ich, dass die Fewo Ihnen nicht gefallen hat. Bei der Endreinigung viel der Reinigungsfrau auf, dass die Gummibadematte in der Duschwanne und nicht davor gelegen hat. Das war sicher der Grund vom nassen Boden .

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung
We had a great time in the holiday apartment. It was very neat and clean. Since we were mostly out and about, we only needed the apartment to sleep in. There was a balcony where we could have a cozy breakfast. Everything we needed was there. We felt very comfortable here. The beach was within walking distance. There were several options for dining nearby. An ice cream café was in the village. Everything reachable in a few minutes. The place was very clean and well-maintained.
We will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday apartment
The vacation rental has a great location. You are right in the town and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The cleanliness was okay and the apartment's amenities were good. The landlord was always available and took care of everything right away. It was great and we would love to come back.

Quiet and calm
We were here for 3 days on a mini-vacation. The apartment is not too big (34 square meters) but it is sufficient and has everything you need. The beach is nearby, a 5-minute walk, and the owner is very nice. I would also like to come next year.
