Description
The holiday home has a large plot where you can park your car. Furthermore, there is a swing for children in the back area.
The accommodation offers you an entrance area which is also the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra toilet.
The living room has a couch, a dining area and TV with German channels. The three bedrooms each have double beds and large wardrobes.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Furthermore, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle, as well as pots etc. for cooking.
The spacious bathroom includes a floor-level shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a separate WC available.
A baby travel cot can also be provided on request.
In recent years, a lot has been invested in order to offer you a modern and comfortable ambience. Recently, new plastic windows with external roller shutters and insect screens were installed.

Location and surroundings of object
Practically a stone's throw from Zalakomar (about 5 miles), attracts the Zalakaros spa, located in a beautiful park where visitors from all over the world. Zalakaros not only the thermal but also recreational swimming area is worth a visit. For anglers and nature lovers of "small Balaton" (about 7 km) is a varied alternative. Zalakomar located in southwest Hungary and 30 km from Lake Balaton been removed in. Here all kinds of shops are quickly reachable on foot.

Were very satisfied
We were very satisfied. Nice holiday home, only 5 minutes walk to Lake Balaton with a nice little beach where there is everything you need and not too crowded
Beds were great, terrace too. Unfortunately a bit far away from the centre so not within walking distance but you have your peace and quiet. Very nice landlords who are always helpful.

Schönes und gemütliches Haus, ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich! Der große Hof mit Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mit großer Schaukel viel Platz zum Spielen für Kinder!

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation
We stayed in their beautiful cottage for 5 weeks, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home. Highly recommended for self-catering, all the utensils are there, just like at home. there is also a restaurant within 2 minutes walking distance, if you don't feel like barbecuing or cooking. The small public beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The property is very well maintained, our grandchildren loved the swings. We mainly explored the area by bike, although I would like to note that the bike paths still need some improvement. All in all, a successful holiday. We will recommend the house to others and will be happy to come back,

Top Urlaub...es waren alle zufrieden... gerne wieder
Top Ausstattung...für Selbstverfleger sehr zu empfehlen...Besitzer nett und zuvorkommend.... 5min bis zum Wasser...was auch Tipp Top sauber ist...Spielplatz, Imbiss und Wc am Wasser vorhanden...1km entfernt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Spar usw. Gerne wieder... Mfg.Liptai
