It's a room but completely empty, so you have to get everything yourself from the shopping center. I needed the landlord for very urgent matters, but he was supposedly too busy. The little house, or hotel as you want to call it, is big enough for 2 people; if there are more, they have to convert a couch. There is no TV or extra rooms; it's just one single space. WiFi is mediocre but usually works fine. The shower is good and warm. And the view is beautiful; for the rest, you have to arrange everything yourself.
