The living area consists of a large eat-in kitchen with a rustic corner bench. The living room with almost 20 m² invites you to relax.
Two separate bedrooms with 15 and 20 m² are available. A cot can be added on request. Barbecue is possible in the garden.
The guest toilet on the ground floor can be shared. Also the garden. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Day of arrival by arrangement.

The location is ideal for excursions e.g. to the Tegernsee, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Munich, Lenggries. Bad Tölz and Lake Starnberg are only 11 km away. In summer, the Bibisee, 2.5 km away, is a great place to swim. Art lovers can visit the Franz Marc Museum in Kochel, as well as the Buchheim Museum in Tutzing on Lake Starnberg. Munich with its numerous museums and cultural cities is always worth a visit.
