The very special holiday home in the most beautiful residential area of Bad Tölz
The cosy holiday home Mucki is located directly in Bad Tölz, yet absolutely quiet and idyllic, in the middle of a large property with old trees. From here, you can reach the town centre with its famous historic market street in just a few minutes on foot, or you can start directly from the front door to numerous hiking opportunities through our dreamlike foothills of the Alps.
The holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2020, has its own lovingly landscaped garden with romantic pond and spacious terrace with dining table, lounge corner, awning and barbecue area. Here you can relax perfectly and be all to yourself in enchanting surroundings.
The ground-level 55 sqm bungalow with open attic and tiled floors offers every comfort, a fully equipped new kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all cooking equipment) with spacious dining area.
It is designed for three adult persons
The holiday home has two bedrooms (a double room and a single room) with high-quality box-spring beds, a bathroom (with WC, washbasin, barrier-free shower area with rain shower and hairdryer). Bed linen and towel package (2 bath towels and 3 hand towels per person) are included. Washing and drying facilities are available in the adjacent annexe, as well as an ironing board and steam iron.
The living area, which is open to the kitchen, is equipped with solid wood designer furniture, very comfortable upholstered armchairs, large flat-screen TV and radio/CD player.
Dogs are welcome guests and stay with us free of charge, we only charge a fee of € 20 per dog in addition to the final cleaning of the house already included in the price
Due to the nature of our property - 2 ponds and a steep unsecured embankment at the front of the property - the holiday home is unfortunately not suitable for children under 7 years of age for safety reasons.
The entrance and the entire interior of the house are barrier-free - as is the shower area - and thus certainly an option for senior citizens (also due to the entry height of the box-spring beds), but it is not wheelchair accessible due to the standard door widths and the threshold at the patio door.
Two free parking spaces are available within the property.

Bad Tölz lies at an altitude of 658 metres above sea level directly on the picturesque Isar River, surrounded by foothills of the Alps, lush meadows, extensive forests, romantic lakes and lovely valleys, nestled in a true picture-book landscape. The town is famous for its historic market street, the unique pedestrian zone with its famous façade paintings, where the great Leonhardi ride up to Calvary takes place every year. At any time of the year, this area has a lot to offer guests - nature, culture and customs, recreation, exercise and health - here you will find everything your heart and soul, body and mind desire
The possibilities are endless in summer and winter - mountaineering, hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, tobogganing and much more - you will find it all here. Plus warm hospitality and typical Bavarian gastronomy with traditional beer gardens
From Ferienhaus Mucki you are only a few minutes' walk away from the town centre and the Isar river, and from here you can also set off on countless cycling and hiking tours and excursions. Our holiday home is located in the midst of greenery between the Kalvarienberg and the enchanting Klammerweiher in a prime and absolutely quiet residential area.

| The weekly rate for the entire holiday home, regardless of the number of persons, is € 990.00 incl. VAT in the current main season (May-October) plus the spa tax payable to the town of Bad Tölz (adults € 2.30/day | youths 14-18 years € 1.25/day). Children under 14 years are exempt from the spa tax. The price includes the final cleaning of 50 €. We are dog-friendly, dogs stay free of charge, only a final cleaning fee of € 20 per dog is charged on top of the final cleaning price on the total price. |

Any time again.
Planned as a stopover on our return trip from Italy, we discovered a beautiful accommodation in Mucki which will surely become our main travel destination. The location is quiet, yet the town centre of Bad Tölz can be reached on foot. The bike paths along the Isar river are highly recommended. You can discover a lot following the footsteps of Thomas Mann. Frau Spielmann was very helpful in providing us with many excursion tips and she knows the restaurants in the area very well. It is very important to Frau Spielmann that her guests feel comfortable all around. Mucki is furnished with a lot of attention to detail (dreamy beds invite you to slumber). It looks like a small and fine dollhouse and it makes you forget bad weather outside.

Holiday with dog
The vacation rental is excellent for a holiday with a dog. There are many opportunities for short or long walks with your four-legged friend around Bad Tölz. In addition, Munich is easily and quickly accessible due to its good transport links. Those who prefer to explore the Upper Bavarian lakes or even the Alps more closely will find them almost right on their doorstep from Bad Tölz.

Time out with dog
We felt very comfortable with our dog Maya in this lovingly furnished house with the romantic little garden. It is really to be recommended for dog owners! The hostess was very friendly and gave us lots of tips for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful region

A beautiful house with garden
A beautiful house with garden in a great location, on the one hand centrally located to the village centre, which you can reach on foot in max.10 minutes, and on the other hand you are immediately in the forest and on the hiking trails. The house is lovingly, very tastefully and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. A beautiful, fenced garden for the dogs and the people, we immediately felt so comfortable that we have already booked our next holiday there again.
The whole thing is rounded off by such a great landlady, she made it so easy for us that we immediately found our way around the house and also the area.
Many, many thanks again for this wonderful time.

Short holiday in the Tölzer Land
The super beautiful holiday flat is a real oasis of well-being - great location (quiet and yet centrally located), very tastefully furnished and extremely well maintained. In addition, the very personal contact with an extremely nice and obliging landlady
My wife, I and not least our four-legged friend felt very much at home. Bad Tölz also offers a perfect starting point for numerous excursions and leisure activities in all four directions.

Exceptionally stylish and high quality furnishings, utmost cleanliness, quiet.
Although located within the village, it is a tucked away and quiet cottage, extremely sensitively, stylishly and furnished to a high standard. A small, cosy, clean home to feel at ease with everything you need. The cute garden, with lots of flowers and flowering shrubs and a small pond, is also a great way to relax. The hostess is friendly, kind, animal-loving and helpful. We had a decidedly relaxing and lovely time.

Absolute oasis of well-being
We liked the nice house with the beautiful terrace and the pretty garden very much. The house is immaculately maintained, very lovingly furnished and there was everything you need, especially excellent beds (!). The nice landlady undoubtedly has a happy hand for her guests, who are also welcome to have a dog with them. As a starting point for cycling in great nature and/or culture, the location is just right. We like to come back to "Mucki" when we are drawn to the beautiful wild Isar.

Traumurlaub!
Liebevoll, geschmackvoll und einzigartig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Boxspringbetten haben jeden Physiotherapeuten überflüssig gemacht. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art. Vermieterin steht jederzeit beratend zur Seite. Unser Hund konnte sich völlig frei im eingezäunten Garten bewegen und fürs Futter war auch noch gesorgt. Auch heute noch liebt er Bellosbest.

Wunderbare Tage nach dem Lockdown
Eine schnuckelige, absolut hochwertig, liebe- und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, bereitgestellt von einer reizenden Gastgeberin, die jede Unterstützung anbietet und jederzeit ansprechbar ist.
Leider erlaubte es uns das Wetter nicht, den hübschen, gepflegten Garten zu genießen.
Sehr gute Betten, wir hatten keinen Tag Rückenprobleme, wie häufig in früheren Ferienhäusern!
Was man wissen sollte, hinter dem Eingang kommt man vom Vorraum aus zum einen in ein kleines Einzelzimmer, zum anderen in das Doppelzimmer (Durchgangszimmer), durch das man immer ins Bad und in den Wohnbereich mit Küche geht, der keine Tür zum Doppelzimmer hat.
Durch mehrere Oberlichter zusätzlich zu den Fenstern und der Doppeltüre zur Terrasse, ist es schön hell im Häuschen, es gibt allerdings keine Verdunkelung für die Nacht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, vielen Dank liebe Frau Spielmann!

Wunderschöne Häuschen

Grünes kleines Idyll
Das schnuckelige kleine Ferienhaus hat uns eine schöne und angenehme Woche mit täglich entspanntem Frühstück auf der süßen Terrasse im grünen idyllischen Garten mit Teich beschenkt! Und auch unser kleiner Yorkshire Terrier hat sich super wohl gefühlt! In 15 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir schnell in der Marktstraße und an der Isar.

Angenehmer Urlaub
Wir haben in Haus Mucki ein paar angenehme, unaufgeregte Urlaubstage verbracht. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Draussensitzen im Garten, ein sehr bequemes Bett und eine uns mit guten Tipps zum Essengehen oder für Ausflüge versorgende, nette Gastgeberin.

Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden, und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.
Alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub noch schöner macht! Viele Dinge die in andere Ferienhäuser mitgenommen werden müssen, wie zu Beispiel Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind alles vorhanden.
*Ausstattung wie im Hotel... nur schöner :-) *
Wir mussten eigentlich nur noch Koffer auspacken.
Die Gastgeberin ist in Ihrer dezenten Art immer für ihre Gäste da und hat gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants.
Wir waren sehr gerne Gäste im Ferienhaus *Mucki* und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Für Hunde alles was so ein Hundeherz benötigt.... Vom Napf bis zur 1. Futterversorgung in Bester Qualität vom Erzeuger....
Alles nur zu empfehlen....

Wunderbar
Das "Mucki" ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es blitzt in allen Ecken vor Sauberkeit und bei Fragen oder Wünschen ist Frau Spielmann mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und der kleine Teich plätschert wohltuend vor sich hin. Fußläufig ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen und mit dem Hund haben wir sehr schöne Spazierwege entdeckt. Wir haben uns uneingeschränkt sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Himmlischer Kurzurlaub
Im Mucki fanden wir alles, was wir uns für entspannte Tage im Alpenvorland gewünscht haben. Wir lieben die Gegend und so war es für uns ganz besonders, ein paar Tage dort richtig wohnen zu dürfen. Mucki ist so gemütlich, im Haus und vorallen im wundervollen Garten. Wir haben uns ganz zu Hause und sehr willkommen gefühlt bei Barbara und Kathi. Und geschlafen haben wir wie im Himmel - das erste Mal in einem Boxspringbett - herrlich erholsam ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Das Häuschen ist traumhaft! Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich bequem und hochwertig. Sogar eine Erstausstattung (Kaffee, Spüli, Toilettenpapier uvm.) ist vorhanden. Die Hunde werden genauso herzlich empfangen, wie die Gäste. Die Gastgeberin ist dezent, aber immer zur Stelle, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Tolle Tourenempfehlungen und Insider-Tipps sind selbstverständlich, dazu eine gute Auswahl an Karten- und Buchmaterial! Der Garten ist für Gäste mit Hunden eine wahre Wohlfühloase! Wir waren begeistert und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Very nice house with really all comforts - very stylishly furnished.
Even a washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue ... simply everything there! And a private terrace with fencing - ideal for dogs, which are very welcome by the very nice landlady. Own parking space on the property. We felt very comfortable.
