The 1-room studio studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed. If you are travelling in a group of three, the 3rd person will stay in our cosy hunting lodge. Toilet and shower are shared via the studio.

Between Lake Tegernsee and Lake Starnberg, within walking distance of the Isar and in a sunny and beautiful location directly on the nature reserve, the studio is situated on a 2,500 sqm plot with parking and its own access.
In addition, we offer you exclusive use of our alpine meadow 1 km away on the mountain. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the Bavarian and Tyrolean Alps in a deck chair. A barbecue evening with sunset and open fire is also an experience.

Pure relaxation
Very quiet location,especially for those looking for relaxation.rural,but not far to shopping.landlord couple very nice.with many tips for activities for hiking,eating out,studio studio is at ground level,good for the disabled.we really liked it.we will definitely come back.

Simply beautiful..
A really beautiful and lovingly furnished holiday home.
We immediately felt at home, which was also due to the incredibly nice hosts Michi and Mike.
Due to the great location, excursion destinations such as Lake Chiemsee or Lake Tegernsee are within easy reach
Our dogs also had a great time.
Especially Mike's insider tips are priceless..
We will be back!

Besser gehts nicht!
Wir waren leider nur eine Woche mit unseren 2 Hunden in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Domizil. Super gemütlich eingerichtet und tolle Aussicht. Alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Vor allem sehr nette, hundefreundliche Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns (besonders unsere Hündin Berta) ab der 1. Minute sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sollte eigentlich ein Geheimtip bleiben! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Ein Traum!
Wir waren nun schon zwei Mal da und es ist einfach ein Traum! Wenn man Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, es gibt u.a. eine ganz tolle Auswahl an Büchern. Die Vermieter sind wunderbare Menschen, auch deswegen werden wir wiederkommen!

We were here for the second time. We loved the extraordinary, super-equipped holiday home with the wildly romantic garden. Michaela and Mike are super hosts. The location of the house is excellent. You can reach the mountains and the many lakes quickly. We will definitely be back.
