A very nice holiday home with tasteful furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would love to vacation here again at a later time. We would have appreciated window shutters, as we unfortunately woke up early in the morning because it was quite bright in the room. A door between the living and kitchen area would also be great. In winter, the cold stays outside, but otherwise very nice.

We, 4 adults and 3 dogs, felt at home in this thatched house from the very first minute. 14 days flew by. A better quality coffee machine would be nice since the coffee was only lukewarm, and a pod coffee machine would also be great, but otherwise everything was perfect.

We were there 6 adults and a child, and everyone found the holiday home fantastic; it was very nicely furnished and everything was quite new and of high quality. Everything was clean and well organized. The only downside might be the garden terrace where anyone can see in, but that's probably a matter of opinion. Otherwise, for us, the price-performance ratio is a 1.

For 6 people, if one has to stay indoors due to bad weather, there is unfortunately too little dishware in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Otherwise, we were dissatisfied with the arrangement regarding the use of the sauna. The rent for the house incl. We booked the sauna and would have liked to pay for the use and final cleaning of the sauna, but we were dependent on the opening hours of the administration, which is located in the city and not on the premises. During the cold season, when one would use the sauna spontaneously, the administration was already closed. We did not expect it to be so complicated. As mentioned, we would have liked to use the sauna and possibly also pay for the electricity consumption and the final cleaning at the end. But registering for each day, picking up the key, and returning it, and then paying euros per day! It was too complicated for us.

We were with 5 adults, a toddler (13 months), and a dog for a short vacation in Mariannenweg in Boltenhagen. The residential complex there is a dream. Beautiful houses in a beach-close and quiet location. Despite mixed weather, which every lake vacationer is aware of, and a complete power outage (a few tea lights in the house would have been great), we had nice days in Boltenhagen. The apartment 1a, Sylter Huus, is definitely recommended. Clean, modern, well-maintained, great amenities, even with a small child (crib, high chair, beach cart), excellent sleeping areas, modern kitchen, and a touch of cozy "Sylt" atmosphere was in the air. We particularly liked the terrace with beach chair and comfortable garden furniture. Even in bad weather, you can make yourself very cozy in the apartment, and everyone had opportunities to retreat. Only the free parking options are very limited. And with the size of the houses, one usually travels with more than one car. There was free Wi-Fi and nice staff at the info. We will definitely come back, because the residential complex as well as Boltenhagen pleased us more than well. This is our second time vacationing in this holiday village (2018/2022) and we are very satisfied again. The overall package is perfect for us and our dog. Great, modern house, beautiful terrace, and a well-maintained facility that has not lost its value even after 4 years. We are forced to be self-caterers, and the kitchen is very well equipped, so this issue was not a problem for us. The pedestrian proximity to the textile and dog beach makes the vacation days relaxing. The newly built beach promenade of Boltenhagen and the efforts to keep everything clean are very commendable. Those who seek peace, relaxation, nature, but also a bit of luxury will find exactly what they're looking for here. We will come back and hope to find everything as it was again. We also ask the guests of the facility to do their part!

Very beautiful and fully equipped half of a duplex under thatch, in a modern ambiance. Large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nicely designed terrace with beach chair, 2 sun loungers, ample seating, large table. Sauna adjacent to the terrace - unfortunately not used. Very quiet location. Bathing beach and dog beach within walking distance, about 400 meters away. Absolutely annoying downside: This house is suitable for seven people. (6 beds and 1 sleeping space on the living room couch). Unfortunately, the holiday resort only has ONE single free parking space for a car per duplex! Not all guests arrive with a family van. Even just six guests will always arrive with two cars. There is, however, a paid, unmonitored parking space about 100 meters away from the holiday resort, where you can only purchase day tickets. Where does the vehicle stay at night? A solution is only provided by the weekly ticket – then the vehicle can stay in the parking lot day and night. We didn't try that and found a free parking space for the second car on Ostseeallee (300 m). All in all: Always happy to return to Boltenhagen in the holiday village on Mariannenweg!
