We were there for the second time this year and enjoyed it to the fullest again. The furnishings of the house are very good. Starting from beds and cabinets to kitchen utensils and showers, as well as a cart, beach chair, and sauna, we really lacked nothing. The only thing we find irritating is that with the justifiably high price, the number of included parking spaces does not correspond to the number of people. The neighboring parking lot offers an alternative here, which, however, means about 70 euros more for 10 days. We gladly recommend both Boltenhagen and the holiday home to all our friends and acquaintances and will certainly vacation there again.

We spent our family vacation with children and grandchildren for a week for the second year and were very satisfied again!!! It is a great holiday resort and the house "Huus - Berti" is perfect for us!!! We will definitely come back next year. Thank you from the "Kremulatbande."

We spent an extended weekend with 3 adults and 3 children in the house. The furnishings and the layout of the rooms are great. We can only recommend the house. The time was very nice.

Beautiful location, not too far from the beach. Good equipment of the holiday home, very clean, a terrace where you can use an electric grill, a small sauna is also included (10 euros for the final cleaning). Bed linen and towels either need to be brought by yourself or can be rented for a fee (7 euros for a towel, for example), but we were informed about this in advance. However, there was also no soap, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. Therefore, a point deduction. But overall, we had a very nice vacation (6 people, 2 nights).

A great modern furnished holiday apartment, with everything you need. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Not far from the beach, 500m. With underfloor heating. Unfortunately, it was turned off everywhere on the first day. Which is a bit cool in October.

Beautiful, well-equipped half of a house. Quite secluded - for the relatively abundant space, the parking situation is not well resolved (one parking space per house).

The houses are very new and beautifully furnished. Even in bad weather, we didn't mind spending our weekend "indoors." The houses simply invite relaxation. I run a hotel myself and know how hard it is to satisfy guests. You definitely satisfied us.

The house is newly built. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. However, connections for electrical devices are missing, which could not be obtained during the stay. There are other houses under construction on the premises.

Everything wonderful! Highly recommended. As noted by many, there is only one parking space available for the 6-person house. However, right next door, you can park in a large public parking lot for EUR 8,- (price Easter 2025) per day.

It is a very beautiful holiday home where you can relax wonderfully. There is also plenty of space for children to play inside and outside. Everything is clean and well-maintained. What we missed was a music system. This is our third time at this facility and we have already booked again. A wonderful place for the whole family!

It is a beautifully furnished semi-detached house with thatched roof, featuring a sauna and whirlpool. The quiet location is very suitable for relaxation, and it is about 500m to the sea. It was very refreshing; we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the house very clean and well-maintained. We lacked nothing during our stay. The location is wonderful, especially to the beach or with the bicycles that came with the house to the nearby bakery. Despite two rainy days, we used the free Netflix offer in the evenings and made ourselves comfortable. We would love to come back!

The House Berti does not feel like a randomly furnished holiday home, like many others. The hosts have demonstrated great taste! With a knack for a balanced mix of modern furniture that feels fresh and young – but not often cold. I felt very, very comfortable and would have preferred to move in directly. Therefore, a big thank you. You can truly see the love that has been put into this house.
