Unfortunately, the house lacked a "flitsche" or scrubber. Since water always stood in the room after showering in the lower bathroom, the floor could not be cleaned/dried with the help of this equipment. The houses are designed for 6-7 people. Often, vacationers arrive with 2 cars (as we did). It would be desirable if a contract were negotiated between your company and the city of Boltenhagen, allowing vacationers to park in the public/paid parking lot for 1 or 2 weeks at a better price offer than having to pay 6€ daily. Because if you leave by car, the costs increase enormously.

Everything is perfectly clean, new, tidy, and everything is available. Luckily, it's somewhat off the beaten path. In May, one had peace and quiet. Very nice.

This housing development is very nicely designed, with ample space and a quiet atmosphere. The houses and the furnishings are immaculate, one can cook wonderfully and sleep excellently. Ideally, one has friendly neighbors ;-). We discussed a small thought... Is there a kind of house rules for all guests? Unfortunately, the terraces of the semi-detached houses are indeed very close to each other, and it may be difficult to secure one's personal, quiet outdoor time.

The houses are very beautiful, but due to the size, a second, free parking space would be desirable.

The holiday home was well equipped, even though there was no DVD player. In some corners, it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Superficially very clean, but not in detail. I would wish for an electric grill in every house - unfortunately, our house had no grill. The many mosquitoes (the house can't be blamed for that) were really annoying. Etc. mosquito protection screens could help. We regretted that there was only one parking space for the house. Additionally at least. 6€ per day is already somewhat annoying with the house prices. Apparently, there are exceptions here (second free parking space). Why are there no free tickets for the public parking? Conclusion: great house with very good amenities - weaknesses in the details (we're talking about: I wish for something or about the uncleaned corner).

Basically very nice, everything very clean, plenty of space, also on the terrace. Unfortunately, far too little dishware, no egg cooker, no blender, etc., for a house for 6 people the kitchen equipment is a downside.

More cups, drinking glasses, cutlery, and plates should be in the kitchen. A double set of everything. Otherwise, you have to run the dishwasher multiple times a day, which is actually a shame. Strangely enough, they didn't skimp on the champagne glasses. :) The fire alarm problem is known. It was the one in the stairwell at the very top in the roof peak. Otherwise, everything was really very good.

Nicely furnished apartment in a beautiful holiday resort. View from the terrace into the greenery - not onto other houses. The sea is easily accessible.

The accommodation met our expectations! The house and the entire facility were very clean. The city and the beach are very appealing, and excursions to the surrounding area were very nice. We will come back!

It is a very beautiful holiday home with great amenities, also well-suited for a vacation with a baby. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness.

The parking available is very limited, and the option to park in the public parking lot would be good if a special rate were offered. When it rains, the access paths to the house are very muddy. Overall, the stay was very nice, a nice and comfortable house, quietly located, the place very beautiful.
