Super house, great furnishings, very clean, only the walk to the center is very far for someone who suffers from shortness of breath. But otherwise everything is great.

Half of the house was modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped. About 5 minutes on foot to the beach, 30 minutes on foot to the city center. Quiet, very family-friendly location. Bike rental on site would be great.

We spent three weeks in this very well-equipped house with our four-year-old daughter and felt very comfortable. As "repeat offenders," we appreciate the facility anyway. Relaxed and child-friendly, attentive ladies at the reception, and of course, not to forget the hardworking caretakers. That's what makes a vacation fun! The house has many things to enjoy. Highlights include the quality furnishings, a carefully selected collection of literature for the older ones, and educational games for the little ones. A cart would be cool and cutlery for children would be 5+. Thank you for the lovely time! We will come back next year, have already booked.

Everything was great, the house exceeded our expectations. Perfectly furnished for 6 people. A lot of kitchenware and cutlery available. The multimedia devices are up to date. Wi-Fi works immediately. We would have liked a beach chair. Weeds were growing in the joints on the terrace. This slightly disturbed the otherwise high-quality impression of the house. We felt at home right away. If we are in Boltenhagen again, only with Nordic!

We were as a family for the second time in Mariannweg and felt at home again. The houses are quietly located in the greenery, with plenty of space for the children to romp both inside and outside. The houses are very clean and equipped with everything you need, even everything for baking cakes is available. The city center and the beach are easily reachable on foot or by bike. Arrive - unpack - relax!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. You have to be in good shape to reach the town center of Boltenhagen.

The house fully met our expectations; however, there are a few minor limitations that can surely be easily addressed: - in the bathrooms, there are not enough hanging options for hand and bath towels, - although we requested summer blankets for the beds on the very second day after our arrival and asked every day whether they had arrived after the landlord's promise to order and send the blankets immediately, we were repeatedly reassured with other arguments. The blankets were not delivered during our 14-day vacation. That really annoyed us!

After timely and trouble-free booking – including additional services like a baby cot and bedding – we were very positively surprised by the fully equipped and modern holiday home. The sauna, the high-quality electric grill, the lounge chairs on the terrace, and many other details contributed to a cozy and relaxing stay. The bedrooms were equipped with box spring beds, which allowed for a very restful sleep.

The house is quiet and very nicely located in a complex at the edge of the village; you can reach the center in 30 minutes on foot. It is very spacious for 4 people but is also sufficient for 6. The kitchen is above average stocked for a holiday home. The highlight is, of course, the sauna in the bathroom on the upper floor, which can be used free of charge. In summary: Highly recommended.

The property is very nicely located at the end of Boltenhagen, it takes a few more steps to get to the center. The property is very well-maintained and tidy. The house has everything you need for a short vacation. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a beach chair, a bread bicycle, or a wagon. These were usually available in the other houses.

We really liked House 10a. The house itself is very beautiful and cozily furnished. There is plenty of space, and the sauna in the bathroom is great. The bedrooms have enough space in the closets, which is not always a given. We thought it was wonderful that there were also many books on the shelves. This way, you could read something different than at home or get inspired. We really have to highlight the kitchen's equipment, as everything has been thought of. There was plenty of everything (dishes) and there was no shortage of cooking utensils either. Simply great, the house!
