We were now in the house for the second time. A beautiful house with a sun terrace and beach chair. Great that no cars are parked in the residential complex and therefore there is hardly any vehicle traffic.

After the small initial mishaps, everything was resolved very quickly. Our largest cooking pot was about 2 liters (a bit too small for five people). I inquired about a larger pot at the information desk on Sunday morning. In the afternoon, I received a 6-liter pot. GREAT!!! One of the wheels on the cart was defective; after two days, we received a completely new one (but we had indicated that we would not be using it and that it would take time to get a new one). Kitchen utensils are almost all there from A to Z, except for a ladle :)! The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and really clean. The entire complex is very well maintained. The electric grill is also a small luxury drawback by the way. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our short vacation with children and grandchildren at the holiday resort. A nice place to relax a bit. We also liked the short distances to the beach and shopping. Anytime again! A small suggestion for improvement: create a shelf in the bathroom and bedroom. Best regards.

House 12a is located quite perfectly in the well-maintained complex. One has an unobstructed view of a large meadow with trees. After loading or unloading, 2 cars can be comfortably parked in the parking lot, which is 20 meters away. The house and its furnishings are almost new. Everything works. The location, about 2 km from the city center, provides the necessary peace. By bus, one can reach the city every full hour for 1 euro. The bus stop and the beach are about 400 meters away. The employees of Nordic are nice and helpful. We will definitely come back. It was simply beautiful.

House 12a is very nicely furnished, and the owners have decorated it tastefully and with quality. The many small decorative items also make it cozy. A big advantage is that the house has 2 shower bathrooms and two parking spaces. The amenities can also be described as more than complete. Thank you for allowing us to be guests here for two days. We were very, very satisfied from the beginning of our stay until the end. The furnishings are tasteful, and the bathrooms invite you to shower. We spent 14 days in this beautiful house. We were 3 adults and could easily distribute ourselves among the 3 bedrooms. The house is very nicely furnished and there is actually no wish left unfulfilled. Everything is there. The only thing that caused us some trouble was the sunshade; by the time we could operate it, half of the vacation was over. The staff from Nordic were very friendly and took care of all problems immediately. (They could not tame the sunshade, however) The entire layout of the houses is very appealing, and the houses are well positioned so that everyone can have their peace. The beach is not far, but one should have bicycles; otherwise, the paths, especially to the town, are quite long, as Boltenhagen stretches along the road. All in all, a very nice holiday experience.

Everything as described. Beautiful, lovingly furnished double holiday home with 2 parking spaces. We were there in November and were lucky that the other half of the house was not occupied. Also, all the other houses were almost unoccupied. Thus, we had everything to ourselves, which provided a heavenly peace. In the high season, it will certainly look very different, but one knows that. The entire residential complex is very clean, nicely designed, and everything has been thought of. The house itself had everything, a nice gimmick is the blue glowing kettle ;-) We really liked it and destinations like Wismar, Schwerin, Insel Poel, Lübeck, Travemünde, etc. are quickly reached. A must-see is Schloss Bothmer. The booked week flew by, and there is recommendable culinary home cooking at the restaurant "Zur Düne," definitely try the homemade Soljanka and the fried potatoes there.

We were with 4 adults in the house and we liked it very much. Certainly, various signs of use from previous guests are noticeable, but it didn't really bother us. The distance to the city center was not a problem at all by bike, and the beach was easily reachable on foot.

House No. 12 a leaves nothing to be desired. It is very modern, well thought out, and practically furnished. Families with toddlers are also considered, with a high chair, travel cot, child's toilet seat, and beach cart. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure plenty of light in the spacious ground floor. The modern kitchen offers everything for the homemaker, making it enjoyable to prepare meals yourself. We found the terrace with high-quality furniture and the luxurious beach chair to be the coziest. The number of seating options on the terrace also corresponds to the number of guests; this is not self-evident in every accommodation. The distance to the beach is also manageable for all ages. In summary, this house can be recommended with a clear conscience. We will definitely book it again soon.
