Child-friendly and recommended for adults! The on-site staff was always helpful and competent!! Our house had no deficiencies and was equipped with everything needed for a vacation by the sea! Especially nice were the two terraces. We would go back again!!

A very beautiful holiday resort. We had a holiday home at the end of the resort with a view of the greenery. Deer and frogs made an appearance in the evenings. Simply idyllic. Our house was furnished with love for detail. Here, one could simply feel at home!

The door to the sauna house was initially off its hinges and thus could not be opened: We thought it was great that it was repaired within a few hours (the next day). However, we wondered: How was the sauna house cleaned if it couldn't be opened (there was still a bucket with leftover sauna infusion from previous tenants inside that had not been emptied). The price is appropriate for what is offered, but borderline. Negative: Nothing. We have been vacationing in Boltenhagen for almost 30 years and have often been tenants at Nordic. We enjoyed the house and the vacation very much and would gladly come back.

After a long search, we decided on the holiday resort on Mariannenweg. The stay fulfilled everything we wished for. Very nice and high-quality equipped house with a great view into the distance. Regarding the location of the resort, it is advisable to bring bicycles. The town center is about 2KM away, which can be tedious on foot. The beach is top-notch. We will come back. The equipment includes more than described in the brochure. For example. E grill, cart, capsule coffee machine, CD player in the children's room, etc.

What could be improved is that for houses with 6 or more people, there are more than 2 keys and also 2 parking spaces. Some houses have 2; it would be nice if all large houses had 2.

A beautiful comfortable house with lots of style. We actually lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable. The carpet in the living room shed a lot and was like a magnet for our crawling children. And we didn't find a peeler. But those are just minor details. We would love to come back.

The apartment is very well laid out. The furnishings are very well maintained, and a fantastic decoration completes it all. In the kitchen, everything needed is available, which we have rarely seen. The sauna is outside the house, but perfect for cooling off. Highly recommended, the price-performance ratio is definitely given.

We spent 7 days (2 adults and 2 children) on vacation in Boltenhagen. The house was very clean and of very high quality. It was located in a quiet area with a beautiful large play area as well. The service was very friendly, professional, and quick. Since I always enjoy cooking myself, I was impressed by the kitchen's equipment... not always a given... Since my husband and I quickly experience back pain in unfamiliar beds, it should be mentioned that we slept wonderfully without any aches the next morning. We will return, thank you. General: We were very satisfied with everything. Ausstattung, furnishings, beds, bathrooms, the house in general, service: "thumbs up"; everything was very nice and had a cozy atmosphere. And considering the price-performance ratio, there is definitely nothing to complain about. Location: We were aware from the beginning that the accommodation is not directly in the center, and it didn’t bother us. However, quick errands like "I'll just run out and grab something for dinner" are not possible on foot. Then you really have to take the car. Therefore only "good," because the next possible rating level is already very good. Overall, this does not detract from the overall rating. We would come back.

A beautiful holiday home, equipped with everything that promises a comfortable vacation... however, the holiday resort is not yet finished. Half of the houses (final works) and their outdoor facilities were still under construction. Unfortunately, this was not communicated before arrival, so one could consider whether to pay this high price in view of a construction site. Otherwise, it is pleasantly quiet there in the evenings, everyone has their own sheltered terrace with plenty of space around them. The furnishings of the holiday home were of high quality and left nothing to be desired; we felt very comfortable there.

We have now been on vacation in Mariannenweg for the fourth time. As always, everything was perfect. The houses are very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The houses are quietly nestled in a large garden complex. You can’t hear any cars or anything like that. The beach is not far away, and there are shopping opportunities nearby. The service is first-class, and if there’s anything you need, the caretaker service is available (very friendly!!)

We have stayed in the facility several times in other houses and are very enthusiastic about the location and the amenities. The houses are equipped to a high standard and have basically everything you need. Now we were in house 9b. When we wanted to go to the sauna, we noticed that, unlike in the other houses we had rented before, an additional key was required. Since this was not available, we called Nordic and inquired. We were informed in a hurry just before the office closed that we would only receive the key if we paid an extra €10. This amount was for additional cleaning. Neither in the online property description nor in our contract was this mentioned. It is also not customary in other houses. It is not about the €10, but about the fact that this was not communicated. Moreover, the houses are not exactly cheap anyway. It's "petty" to insist on another ridiculous €10.
