Holiday home relaxing holiday Boltenhagen

The house is really very well equipped, nothing is missing, from the egg spoon to the clothes dryer, everything is available in large quantities. Everything was very clean. The beach is quickly accessible. For the children, there are wagons and even some toys. They can play safely on the premises. Unfortunately, the playground next to the reception is not very attractive and has no shade. It would be better to provide an additional parking space there, as there is only one per house. Unfortunately, you have to bring your own bedding and towels or rent them for a lot of money. The mattresses and pillows are covered with plastic covers - very unpleasant.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house was great for all of us (9 women)! We felt at home in the premises... we lacked nothing, coffee machine, microwave, enough dishes and cutlery, ...... everything was simply there! The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished and very, very clean! We would have loved to stay longer!

Come back anytime, we really enjoyed it.

We rented a half of a house from you for 1 week, which was perfect in terms of cleanliness, equipment, and comfort. This property, along with its surroundings, can only be rated 5 stars and highly recommended!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We used these semi-detached houses for a family weekend with 3 generations. There are enough retreat options for every age group, and the kitchen's equipment leaves nothing to be desired for shared cooking experiments.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Everything was perfect, even the weather. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes were very bothersome and made our evening stay on the terrace unpleasant. Unfortunately. But you can't do anything about that. Otherwise, everything was great. One small note: it would actually be sensible and pleasant if one could rent a second parking space for the accommodation for 6 people (for this number of people, you need 2 cars). Best regards from Sauerland, until next time. The Graefen family

Thank you very much for the great vacation week. All 7 of us felt very comfortable. The holiday home is super furnished and offers plenty of space. Our first impression was ... WOW.... Very clean and the furnishings as well as the electrical appliances are of high quality and everything is well thought out.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We inhabited this half of the house with six people. Each couple had a bedroom or the attic accommodation. All rooms were very cozily furnished. We were thrilled with the decor, and since we had visitors for meals in between, it was great that there was a large quantity of dishes and cutlery available. The coffee machines and the electric grill were extensively used and found to be good.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

For the second time, we are guests in this holiday home complex. The holiday home 8b offers everything one could wish for. The furnishings are very good, modernly decorated. Here, 9 people can find space. We were here for a week with family and friends. The staff at the reception are very friendly and open-minded. We like it so much that we have already booked again for 2019.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Starting from the reception, through the property where the houses are located, the exterior and interior furnishings, everything is very modern, yet cozy and perfectly thought out. Great ambiance in the house, nothing is missing. The beds are great, the bathrooms are beautiful, a dream of a house!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We pushed this beautiful thatched house to its limits with 9 people. Super lovely interior, everything needed for household tasks is available, infrared sauna used. Thumbs up with "five stars" from all of us.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house descriptions did not promise too much; absolutely high standard; top equipment, very clean, great service, great location! Absolutely recommendable, can be repeated at any time!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were very pleased with the complete furnishings and found everything necessary in perfect condition; no wishes were left unfulfilled. Everything in this house is well designed and has its place, and even the "little" vacationers were considered. The only point of criticism was the induction stove, which worked very well in the first few days but then repeatedly secured itself during cooking because the entire cooking surface heated up. I am sure that this mistake has already been fixed, because the friendly caretaker, who appeared immediately to help with our emergency call, has everything under control. We would like to express our special thanks to the cleaning staff, who actively and very kindly ensure a well-kept holiday enjoyment. Best regards from the Schneidemesser - Thieme and Heinze families.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

It was simply beautiful. We were so excited that we want to come back. Since the houses were probably just built, they are at the highest current standard in terms of quality and furnishings. Specifically in our house, it must be said that it was very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. Also, in terms of kitchen appliances and equipment, nothing was lacking. We would especially like to highlight the very well-maintained and generously designed outdoor facilities. These invited to frolic or to linger. So there was something for every generation...

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful house in a great location. Everything quite new.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The furnishings of the holiday home were excellent, the location is somewhat away from the town center, but therefore particularly quiet. The price/performance ratio is acceptable. The beach and dog beach can be reached in a few minutes. The only, but very important critical point during the main season is that (since the parking fees outside the complex are very high) there is only one parking space per unit for up to 9 people. They simply do not fit in a normal car.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A very nice, comfortable holiday home. We have rented houses frequently, but we have never had such a "luxury" before. The only downside is that there is only one parking space available per house; when traveling with 8 people, you inevitably come with 2 cars...

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

My daughters and I were amazed at how beautiful and lovingly this house is furnished. Nothing was missing. The facility is very family-friendly. With a dog and grandson, the short vacation was an experience. We will definitely come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Finally, another holiday home where you don't have to make any compromises compared to your own home. Tastefully and beautifully furnished. Everything super clean, ready to feel comfortable. Also, many little things that you usually need are simply there. Hopefully, future tenants will continue to appreciate this, and the high standard will be maintained for a long time. A top service team must not go unmentioned here. So, very gladly again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A great house that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Tastefully furnished, super beds. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Great house, great amenities, and uncomplicated handling. Would love to do it again! It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the beach. Otherwise surrounded by fields, good location. High-quality furnishings as described, very cozy. Just like described on the internet. Really everything is top-notch!

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We were 4 days/3 nights in the great house in Boltenhagen. Everything was perfect here. Only the location gets a small deduction, which the house can't do anything about. It is located more on the outskirts, and the bakery and supermarket are only limitedly accessible on foot, and the fact that there is only one parking space per house is also not worth 5 stars. However, overall, it's complaining at a high level.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We tried two certain ones from Nordic as a large family, but now we are very satisfied and have already booked for next year. Grandchildren, children, and we are having a great relaxing vacation.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were 9 people for an extended weekend and were completely thrilled with the lovingly and perfectly equipped holiday home! Everything was there that the heart desires, the rooms were friendly and spacious, there was really enough space for nine people and everything was spick and span clean. We would love to come back.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The box spring beds are certainly a matter of taste, and the shower curtain could be replaced with glass walls in the one bathroom. But those are just minor details, and overall it was a dream vacation for 4 adults and a toddler with nothing to complain about. The furnishings of the house are top-notch, there is no more space available, sun from early morning to late evening, enough spots on the terraces for many adults, everything was clean and very well-maintained. We will definitely come back again!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were in Boltenhagen for the first time and found the residential complex highly recommendable. The houses are very beautiful and spacious; our children particularly liked the huge attic room with 4 beds and a game console. The terrace is nice, the sofa area is very spacious, the beach and restaurants are nearby, there are no negative points!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Super well-maintained house with great amenities! We will definitely come back.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Well-equipped holiday home, you have everything you need. . . above all, it is the peace that makes it so valuable. However, there is one small criticism: only 1 parking space belongs to the house. With up to 9 people, you inevitably have to resort to a paid parking space. For us, it is somewhat incomprehensible why, with low occupancy, the parking spaces in the facility were empty and our vehicles were not allowed to park there. It's not too bad at 6 € / day . . . . However, it would have been a nice service to the guest. Nevertheless, an unrestricted recommendation.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

First-class houses, high-quality furnishings, quiet location, yet ideal with children. Unfortunately, only one car parking space - too little for two families. We will come back!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Dear Nordic Team, we felt very comfortable from the first moment during our second visit to the holiday home. The furnishings are simply perfect, and the kitchen is sensationally equipped. The overall furnishings in the house have a cozy character. However, we do have one point of criticism: we ordered the bed linen this time, which at €12 per bed is already quite expensive, but the fact that I then still have to make all the beds myself we found quite annoying. We are not used to this. In Austria, Italy, and also in other places in Germany, the beds are made with bed linen and that at no extra charge. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would gladly come back. Regards, the Kopschek family.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We had a great week with family and friends. We would love to come back. Boltenhagen is very quiet and not Timmendorfer Strand - one must be aware of that. For a quiet family vacation with children, it was very good/nice. The house was grand.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Everything was great! It would be nice if we had at least 3 parking spaces for 4 families with 13 people. For that, the guest or unused parking spaces of other holiday guests could be used flexibly for payment (11A). The parking lot at Netto is only an absolute emergency solution. Perhaps it is also possible to agree on a weekly reservation and use with the parking lot operator opposite the holiday home complex!

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We really liked it very much. The equipment was outstanding and no wishes were left unfulfilled. The cleanliness at the handover of the house was top-notch! We would have wished for a parking space right in front of our own holiday home.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

I found this house on the internet and was impressed by the pictures and the description. When we then moved in with our children and grandchildren, the excitement was huge. Clean, great space for 9 people, equipment like dishes, garden furniture, electrical appliances - everything was great. We will book this house again. The only downside: unfortunately, you have to decide very early because these houses in the complex are very sought after.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The facility and the house were simply great! We would love to come back!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful and clean holiday home. We lacked nothing. We were not there for the last time....

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house is fully furnished, the booking process was perfect. We have not been here for the last time.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Plenty of space and high-quality furnishings. We want to come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

From the booking to the stay, it was a complete success. We were thrilled with the holiday home complex and the house itself. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The house is great. We felt very comfortable there with 9 people. We found the handling of the deposit a bit strange. No staff member comes to the house. I think the personal service is a bit lacking. Despite the high price for the final cleaning, you have to make and strip the beds yourself, and the house must be handed over broom-clean. Strange way, I don't know this from other holiday home rentals.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A super nice house... We spent a weekend here with the family and didn't want to leave. There's nothing missing... simply perfect.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Super service, very accommodating, everything clean, dreamily beautiful half of the house. I can’t complain at all.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Unfortunately, only one parking space is available per house. Parking in the public parking lot is €8.00/day.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A great house that was well thought out! We were 9 people, and there was enough space both at the dining table and on the sofas. Very clean, top kitchen equipment, and only about 10 minutes on foot to the Baltic Sea!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable. Very nice clean house. We will come back!!!

We had a very nice vacation in Boltenhagen. The house and the entire complex were very beautiful and well-maintained, just like in the pictures on the internet. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but thanks to the available handcart, it was no problem even with a bit more luggage. We were three generations under one roof and all felt very comfortable. Well-equipped holiday home, you have everything you need. . . above all, it's the peace and quiet that makes it so valuable. However, there is one small criticism: only 1 parking space belongs to the house. With up to 9 people, you inevitably have to use a paid parking space. It’s somewhat incomprehensible to us why, with low occupancy, the parking spaces in the facility were empty and our vehicles were not allowed to park there. Not a big deal at 6 € / day . . . . "However, it would have been a nice service to the guest. Nevertheless, I can unreservedly recommend it."

First-class houses, high-quality furnishings, quiet location, yet ideal with children. Unfortunately, there is only one parking space for a car - too few for two families. We will come back!

Dear Nordic Team, we felt very comfortable from the first moment during our second visit to the holiday home as well. The furnishings are simply perfect, and the kitchen is sensationally equipped. The overall furnishings in the house have a cozy character. However, we do have one point of criticism: we ordered the bedding this time, which at €12 per bed is quite expensive, but having to make all the beds ourselves was really quite annoying. That's not how we are used to it. In Austria, Italy, and also in other places in Germany, the beds are made with bedding included, and that at no extra cost. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we would be happy to come back. Regards, the Kopschek family.

We had a lovely holiday time at the resort. The house was super modern equipped (in bad weather, straight to the sauna :D). Everything was clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable... The beach was easily accessible by foot. Would love to come back!!!

Very quiet facility. Can only recommend it further.

Great accommodation that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The amenities are really great, and the house is large enough for 9 people. The walk to the beach is short. We do have 2 minor criticisms: - 1 parking space for a 9-person house is definitely too little. - the unprotected (!) Wi-Fi was very unstable. In 2023, one definitely expects more.

An all-around great vacation! The facility is very well maintained and House 8b is very well equipped. We have already been there for the fourth time and surely not the last.

Very nice large holiday home. The facilities are very good. The location is a bit away from the pier but very quiet. We will come back.
