Equipment and location as described in the brochure. In the guest WC (1st floor) no standing height for people over 170 cm. Technical equipment not up to date, no Wi-Fi, few TV programs, poor picture quality. Parking space of the house wide enough, but under a tree (blossoms/juice/feces).

We were able to spend another relaxing short vacation and felt very comfortable in the house. Suggestion for improvement: A doormat at the entrance in the hallway prevents bringing in sand, etc. One could step into the house and take off their shoes from the doormat. Mold formation in the bathroom is probably very difficult to avoid or hardly removable without major renovations. The toilet on the upper floor is practical. Unfortunately, the sloping roof is so low that one must watch their head. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery are generously available. A loving, bright, and modern decor invites you to vacation, even over the New Year. The service at the reception is hard to beat. Conclusion, gladly again and again.

The holiday apartment with terrace, surrounded by plenty of greenery in the vacation village, offers enough space for 4 people, quietly located (off-season) and close to nature. The sea is just a few minutes' walk away. Both well-maintained bathing beach and natural cliff coast are easily accessible. Booking with Nordic, including key handover and key return, is friendly and uncomplicated. We have been fans of Boltenhagen for several years and always feel very comfortable here.

We had a nice family vacation with two small children. Wi-Fi could still be available and the high chair was missing. Otherwise great...everything clean and playground behind the house!

Holiday village beautifully laid out, very quiet at this time of year, everything necessary can be easily reached on foot, the car can stay parked if you want. The cottage was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Everything was functional. We three adults and our dog felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Overall, a nice accommodation with some minor flaws, but these were outweighed by the really affordable price. Cozy and friendly living/dining area and a nice bedroom with solid wood furniture. The two bathrooms are functional; the upper bathroom is quite narrow due to the sloped roof, with a 90s charm, but everything is clean and in good condition. All necessary household appliances are available. The kitchen workspace is, of course, very cramped for avid cooks. A point of criticism would be the terrace. It looks unkempt and, compared to many other neighboring houses, there are no plantings for privacy. We couldn't find simple plastic chairs or a sunshade. It didn't matter to us since we were there over Easter and didn't intend to use the terrace anyway. Certainly suboptimal for summer vacationers. Beautiful, quiet location on the edge of the holiday village, and it's not far to the sea—10-15 minutes on foot, depending on fitness. Due to the row house layout, you feel like you have more privacy than in the unfortunately often frequent apartment complexes in Boltenhagen. It was a bit bothersome that there was no firewood for the fireplace (based on our experiences, landlords usually provide at least some fuel for a few days). Also, no soap in the bathrooms, no dish soap, etc. Not a big problem, but of course annoying. In conclusion, we give a good rating, as the house (at least for Easter) offers a really good value for money. Of course, you can also rent a luxury apartment for double the price.

These little houses are great! This one is wonderfully cozy, super comfortable sofa, everything you need in the kitchen. The fireplace is also wonderful. Especially when traveling with a baby, everything is available from the changing table to the crib and high chair. We would love to come back.

The house is well-located and equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and there were generously provided towels available. We felt very comfortable! The only negative was the bed in the upstairs bedroom – it creaks with every movement, which wakes you up more often.

We spent four days at the vacation village 54b over Ascension Day. We are very satisfied with our stay in Boltenhagen and our booked holiday home. The house is modern and simply furnished in a maritime style, and the furniture and amenities seemed new to us. The house and the facility were clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that dogs were welcome. The beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes and has a section designated for dogs. As a small critique, we see the bedroom in the attic. Without air conditioning, it gets uncomfortably warm at high temperatures. We would book this holiday home again and can only recommend a trip to Boltenhagen with its beautiful white sandy beach to anyone looking for a little break!
