We were in this house for the 3rd time. Especially when we go in February, the additional bathtub in the upper bathroom is very nice. Especially when traveling with children and coming back frozen after a long walk. Otherwise, the house is well equipped. There is enough dishware and cutlery available. The only thing is that it would be advantageous to have salt and rinse aid for the dishwasher on site. You don't automatically take that with you. Otherwise very nice and recommendable.

We spent 1 week in Boltenhagen with our two children. We had very nice weather. The accommodation was okay and well-equipped. Insect screens on the windows would have been nice. There was also no Wi-Fi in this accommodation. Nevertheless, we had a very nice week here.

We were not satisfied with this house. However, we would be very happy to come back next year, just in a different accommodation. What bothered us: The bed, you only had to cough and it creaked as if it was falling apart. No curtains downstairs. No Wi-Fi. The bathtub is not usable for heavier people. The terrace door is very difficult to close. Etc....... But we were very satisfied with Nordic and Boltenhagen as every year. Until next year.

We had a wonderful week with great weather in this house. Everything you need is there, and apart from the wobbly chairs and the curtain that kept falling down, everything was perfect. A small issue in the bathroom (defective faucet) was fixed immediately. So the service was great as well. We will come back!

The heavily moss-covered roofs diminish the overall impression. In the bathroom, we missed a hairdryer. The path to the nudist beach was a bit far. Well, people prefer to swim dressed anyway.

We had a very nice time in Boltenhagen. Water temperature 25 degrees, clean beach, very pleasant beach chair rental at beach access 2, few water plants, two days with many jellyfish, wind, waves - everything one expects at the Baltic Sea (although one can do without the jellyfish - but they are part of the Baltic Sea). The holiday home was well suited for our vacation with our granddaughters (3 and 8 years old). The distance to the beach of about 800m was quickly covered by bike. With the bikes, one was also quickly in the center. The cycling pleasure was marred by two very old models available. For the short distance to the beach, it was no problem, but for cycling trips in the surrounding area, they are absolutely unsuitable. We missed insect protection on the windows and blackout options at least in the bedrooms. When the rising sun shines directly into the children's bedroom, early awakening is pre-programmed. We looked enviously at neighboring houses that could keep the summer heat outside during the day with blinds. For the reasons mentioned, we would not book this accommodation again.

A great vacation apartment that has everything for a wonderful holiday. Well located and especially the lawn areas around the house are perfect for children to play. The service from Nordic was also great. We would love to come back. A small suggestion for an even more relaxing holiday would be blackout blinds in the sleeping areas.

We still have two suggestions: 1) The bathroom on the upper floor is quite unusual due to the very long "roof slopes" regarding freedom of movement (not suitable for tall vacationers). It will probably be difficult to change structurally or only with greater effort. 2) The parking spaces and access roads in the vacation village could be reinforced more intensively with, for example, stone (gravel, chippings - to keep it natural), as during heavier or Persistent rain makes getting into the cars, as well as loading on the departure or arrival day, a very annoying and "dirty" (shoes, pants) matter.

Close to the beach, lots of greenery, playground nearby, sunny terrace, fresh rolls from the roll van every morning, pragmatic furnishings. Point deduction for lack of window mosquito protection and missing socket protection for children.

The location of the house is very good if you are traveling with children. The playground is close enough that you can let smaller children (from 5 years old) play there alone. The fixtures in the kitchen need urgent attention. They are stiff, meaning hardly movable. The drain also needs to be fixed. The other fixtures work well. Our suggestion: mosquito protection in the bedrooms. Ventilation was very unpleasant, as there were many mosquitoes that bothered you at night. No one can do anything about the mosquitoes, so it's better to have protective screens on the windows. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The location of the house is very good for those traveling with children. The playground is close enough that you can let younger children (from 5 years old) play there alone. The fixtures in the kitchen need urgent attention. They are difficult to operate, meaning hardly movable. The drain also needs to be fixed. The other fixtures work well. Our suggestion: mosquito protection in the sleeping areas. Ventilation was very unpleasant because there were a lot of mosquitoes that bothered you at night. No one can do anything about the mosquitoes, so it's better to have screens on the windows. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

The holiday village is very beautifully laid out amidst trees and green spaces and is in a very well-maintained and clean condition. Ideal for families with children, especially since the kids can really let off steam on the two playgrounds. The grocery store can be reached quickly on foot.

It is a beautiful vacation apartment with very good amenities (2 bathrooms, 2 bicycles, appliances from Miele, Liebherr, Bosch, etc.). The information in the brochure stating that there are 4 beds measuring 90x200 is incorrect. In the lower room (the cooler one!), there are only 2 beds measuring 90x190 with head and footboards. Because of this, I could not sleep there as an adult and had to move to the upper room. Unfortunately, there is a lack of effective shading, so the sun fills the room with light and warmth from sunrise onwards. Otherwise, everything was great.

We have vacationed in Boltenhagen for the third time, and for the second time, we stayed in the holiday village. Our accommodation was again wonderful, very well-equipped. Very quiet location, ideal for children. Short distances to the beach and the city center. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. It certainly won't be our last vacation in Boltenhagen.

We were now in the holiday village for the 3rd time and are very satisfied. One thing needs to be addressed: The shower partition was defective and therefore the shower could not be used. The issue was reported and it was supposed to be fixed. Unfortunately, even after further reminders, nothing happened. That's a grade 5!! Otherwise, everything was great.
