The apartment is very nicely furnished. Everything you need is there. Washing machine and dryer, great! I have a small note: I would have liked side panels on the balcony; you can't sit there when it's a little windy. A sunshade would also be very nice. But otherwise, this apartment is recommended for a nice vacation. Parking and a great bike shed are available. Would love to come back.

We have already been to this apartment for the third time, and we would go there again and again! The apartment is top-equipped and even thoughtful details for the children! Beautiful beach, not overcrowded in April and May! With the bike, you can reach the "city center" in no time! No long distances for activities! We always come back gladly!

We had a great vacation with our children in beautiful Boltenhagen! The apartment is very modern and stylishly furnished, especially suitable for a stay with (small) children. Everything was provided, from a baby bed to a high chair, stool, toilet seat, even children's cutlery and dishes. There are also numerous books and games available. The apartment has a great location; you are just a few steps from the beach and can quickly reach the center by bus, which departs in front of the door, or by car. We would love to come back!

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The service from Nordic was also good. We reported a broken shower hose; it was replaced immediately the next day. The location to the beach is great (about 200 m), just across the street. However, it is a bit further to the actual town center (about 1.5-2 km). We really enjoyed our vacation and would gladly come back.

Since we have now been in apartment 06 Villa Bernstein for the second time... yes, that means we feel very comfortable there. Optimal location... not far from the beach, the apartment is equipped with everything you need... you feel at home in the apartment.

Spacious apartment with a somewhat narrow bedroom. Bathroom without a window but with good ventilation. Kitchen is fully equipped, but has only a few storage options. Living room with a wood stove and large LCD TV 46". Supermarket with a good selection about 500m away.

Well-equipped apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. Everything is within walking distance, the distance to the beach is great, just a short walk down a side street. Boltenhagen is still very quiet in April, surely well-filled in summer. Ideal for day trips to Wismar and Lübeck/Travemünde.

We are going for a Baltic Sea holiday in the beautiful Boltenhagen at Villa Bernstein. The holiday apartment was very nicely furnished and offered space for our small family with a separate children's room and a baby bed. The accommodation was easy to find, had its own parking space, and a sunny balcony. The arrival and departure were friendly, hassle-free, and quick. We would love to come back.

We can really only recommend the apartment. Only 100m from the beach, the nearest supermarket and bakery are 550m away. The apartment is well equipped.

Very good location between Boltenhagen center and Tarnewitz; short distances to the beach and promenades; apartment equipped with everything, but it might be a bit tight for 4 people plus a small child; nice balcony with awning; fly screens on the windows and balcony door increase comfort; suitable for longer stays thanks to the available washing machine.

We were a family of four in the Villa Bernstein. The house was very nice, quiet, and well-maintained (seemingly many self-users/owners), and we really liked the location, which was somewhat away from the center. Since we were there by bike anyway, we could easily reach everything (center/shopping/beach). The house is located on the main road (Ostseeallee), but the apartment faces south, so you don't hear anything from the street. The quick way to beach access 18 convinced us. Here, the beach was the least crowded on these days, as many more people come from the center further west, and seemingly many guests from the "Weiße Wiek" want to enjoy the beautiful Boltenhagen beach further east. The Boltenhagen climbing park is almost directly opposite. However, a bicycle is needed/it's sensible. The only thing we didn't like very much was the size of the balcony. To have breakfast with four people, he was too small. So all in all, a great overall package.

The holiday apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished. Almost nothing is missing. The available washing machine was great, especially when traveling with a small child. The shed is perfect for storing beach items or the stroller. Only fly screens and outlet covers were missing, which are essential in a child-friendly apartment. Thank you for the lovely holiday! We have already been in this apartment for the 2nd time, this time at the end of November. It is small but practically furnished, everything worked (exception: no reception of Eurosport on TV), and due to its southern exposure, it is quiet. The distance to the Baltic Sea, Edeka, and bus stops is short. The cozy decor makes it comfortable to stay in the apartment even in bad weather. The price/performance ratio is right here.
