The apartment is located quietly, yet not far from the beach. Many shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Clean complex and apartment. Simple furnishings, somewhat older.

The location of the apartment, close to both the shopping center and the beach, was sensational for us (without a car)!!! The apartment itself was cozily furnished, and the broken light bulbs were promptly replaced by the caretaker upon request (after he found the right apartment :))) ) We would love to come back at this time (between seasons) again and again!!!

The service staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean. The existing washing machine is very valuable. The utensils in the kitchen are rather meager. For example, there is a lack of cutlery, glasses, or a proper frying pan. A dishwasher is also not available! The bathroom is sufficiently sized. However, there is a lack of options to store things. (Maybe just bring a few hooks.) ) Upon entering, one gets the feeling that the owner of the apartment has placed their unwanted items in the apartment. The sofa bed is too small for a total occupancy of 4 people. There are seating options for the balcony only for 2. Conclusion: For an occupancy of 2 people, the apartment is sufficient. However, if rented for 3 - 4 people, it is not recommended as it is poorly furnished. Not to forget, of course: Boltenhagen is always worth a vacation. We will gladly come back.
