It is a very nice, modern, and clean accommodation. Things like brooms and mops are missing. But that can be clarified. The beach chair is great... During Corona times, it was difficult to go out to eat and shop... But in the evenings, the beautiful beach is almost empty.

The holiday apartment is super nice. Very clean and also very well equipped. From the coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, everything that should be found in a kitchen is there. The only thing that bothered us was the squeaky bed. With every turn, you were awake. You hardly notice the neighbors because the apartment is very well insulated. We will definitely come back.

The apartment has a very good location in Boltenhagen. It is very well equipped, whether it is about the kitchen or entertainment like DVDs and books. The parking space is right in front of the house.

We have been to Boltenhagen several times, but we have never had such a great accommodation. It is centrally located, you can quickly get to the beach, the shopping options are excellent, and the price/performance ratio is very good. We were able to relax well. The best part: We could use the bicycles of the apartment owner.

Great spacious kitchen that would suit any long-term apartment well, as well as the high-quality and tastefully furnished living-dining room. Bedroom with a large wardrobe for laundry and double bed. To achieve an overall rating of 5.0, only an adjustable slatted frame is missing for people who need to sleep slightly elevated for health reasons. It is also worth mentioning the 26-inch aluminum wheels with seven-speed hub gearing, which are in a separate shed belonging to the apartment.

We were only there for a week, but for the 2nd time. The apartment is well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the mattresses were too hard for us. Nevertheless, all in all a very nice apartment, well located. Nice vacation!

On the day of arrival, we reported a defective lamp in the bathroom. The lamp was promptly removed. ....that was it. The day before departure, I mentioned the problem again; obviously, the issue was not known. There was certainly still a switch for the mirror lighting, but it is located inside the corner of the bathroom.

We spent 14 dreamy days at Sünnslag 73. The new bedroom with a senior bed and great mattresses also provided us with restful nights this time, thanks to Mr. Rieck. We hope to see each other again next year; it won't be our fault if we don't. Best regards to Boltenhagen, my favorite vacation spot.

It is a tasteful, clean holiday home. We really liked that there was enough dishware available. The beach chair is fantastic. Until 8:00 PM in May, one could enjoy the evening sun. The apartment was very clean but heavily perfumed, which was somewhat unpleasant. I didn't like the ground floor location as some guests could walk right past the terrace. Next time, I would prefer an apartment with a balcony overlooking the Klützer Mühle. Since I couldn't find the storage room at first, inquiring about a broom at your reception was not helpful. They wanted to send a caretaker with a new broom to me. He did not come, probably knowing that there is a broom closet. I only discovered it the day before my departure, and there were cushions for the terrace chairs inside. I found that unfortunate. Of the several apartments we were allowed to visit, this was the best equipped and, in terms of feeling at home, the best apartment we had. We would be pleased if we could rent this again. Especially since my wife has motor issues, this apartment was very suitable and did her a lot of good.

There is enough space in the living room, a crib, nothing dangerous is lying around, and there is enough space in the hallway for a stroller. The furnishings are high-quality, lovingly selected and decorated. There are enough free cabinets and storage options to make oneself feel "at home." We enjoyed staying in this apartment!

The apartment was functional and well-equipped, nothing was missing. In the kitchen, you could find everything needed for self-catering. The living-dining room is cozily furnished. The bedroom is as well. The location is extremely convenient, with a grocery store and bakery within a 200 m walking distance. The beach promenade/bus stop to the nearest larger train station is also just a 10-minute walk away. Cycling tours are perfect from the apartment, all bike paths can be reached in close proximity, allowing for relaxed visits to both Travemünde and Wismar by bike. It is exceptionally quiet at night.

The location of the vacation apartment and the entire complex is fine. There are two options to get to the beach in Boltenhagen: either via Klützer Straße or Kastanienallee/Fritz-Reuter-Weg. Shopping options like Aldi are within walking distance. One tip for the vacation apartment: there is a street lamp in front of the bedroom, and its light shines into the room. A curtain for darkening would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Arriving and feeling good was the motto during our repeated visit. The apartment is still very well maintained. Parts of the bedroom have even been updated. The furnishings of the apartment for a vacation are perfect, cozy leather seating with a feel-good factor, and the beach chair on the terrace invites you to relax. It is especially worth mentioning the two bicycles that belong to the apartment (in top condition), which allowed us to take an excursion to Weiße Wiek. Recommendation rate 100%! The beach chair on the terrace is really great and nicely cushioned. A few ants were on the move - we have already reported that directly to the agent.

Due to the good weather, we were also happy about the terrace with our own beach chair, where we had sun from morning to evening... nothing stood in the way of a cozy breakfast outside, even in April :-) It took just 5 minutes by bike to get to the center of Boltenhagen... conveniently, this path (if you don't take the main road) passes by the fish shop "Fischer un sin Fru."
