The apartment is small but nice. Completely sufficient for two people with a dog. Everything was clean.

Well-equipped apartment located near the beach. We would love to come back.

The furnishings are like new. The sofa bed is very comfortable. There are enough cabinets for clothing. The kitchenette has everything one needs. The bathroom is in impeccable condition. The Wi-Fi reception is great. We felt very comfortable. The only thing we missed was a terrace or a balcony. Otherwise, the accommodation is highly recommended for a small price. I would also like to highlight the great location, close to the sea (1. Row) and directly by the little forest, 10 minutes to the dog beach and about 20 minutes to the center.

Beautiful, cozy, small apartment. Everything to complete satisfaction. Location perfect. What more could you want!?!?!?!? THANK YOU

More comfortable chairs, otherwise everything is OK. Anytime again. Best regards.

For sleeping okay, even though a topper on the bed wouldn't be bad. Possibly a camping chair for the lawn or, for example, dish soap in the cupboard wouldn't have been bad either.

Great location, absolutely recommended for a short vacation.

Super location, almost directly on the beach, would love to come back anytime, however, the sofa bed is very hard and there was only one coffee mug (but several cups), these two points could be improved in my opinion. I am very satisfied with Nordic, everything worked out well.

The apartment is located in the basement and is therefore somewhat dark, but well equipped. The house is directly on the beach promenade and is very well maintained.

Great, anytime again.

a tidy, clean room...everything available...the only downside for us was that this room had no exit or terrace...we would not book the room again for this reason, but for those who are not bothered by it, I can recommend it with the best conscience...best regards, thank you

The central location to the beach and the direct proximity to the garden restaurant "Eichkater" made our stay very pleasant and entertaining, along with the good weather, visits to Rostock-Warnemünde as well as Wismar and the White Wiek. The apartment was small but good and equipped with all necessities. A small drawback was that we could only access the ZDF in the TV program, but we did not come for the television. With kind regards, the married couple Hoffrichter

Everything perfect! Again and again!

For a short vacation for 2 people, absolutely sufficient.

A sweet little basement apartment, whose greatest advantage is the proximity to the beach, located beautifully amidst old trees. The furnishings were good, everything needed is available. There is enough storage space for clothing, etc. The bathroom is well-maintained and like new. The unfolded sofa bed is comfortable for two to sleep on. The parking space right in front of the house is of course very convenient. Boltenhagen - we would love to come back!

Small but good. I would rent again.

Accommodation right on the beach. Super price!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The accommodation is perfect with a dog - about a 10-minute walk over the dune promenade to the dog beach. Across is a small forest for morning walks - you can almost walk to Edeka to get rolls for breakfast. The squirrel café across - beer garden with very tasty cuisine - super fish dishes and the best fried potatoes I have ever eaten!!!!

Great location, 1 minute to the beach, very quiet except on bedding change days, a nice bright apartment for a basement.

Everything was very nice, and even in case of problems, the rental service was quick to respond on-site.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location is very good. The apartment was clean and had everything one needs.

Apartment not everyone's cup of tea. For older people, make sure there is a double bed available. The sofa bed is very cumbersome. The location is great.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were very satisfied and we really enjoyed it there, we will definitely come back.

What is very unfortunate is that you have to assemble the couch before the table can be used. And the decorative curtains need to be closed because you feel observed. It was solved better in apartment 7.

A super conveniently located holiday apartment. The location is really great. In the evenings, when you're in bed, you can still hear the sound of the waves. The beach is right at the door. The small legendary forest across the way is also suitable for morning walks on the way to the bakery. The apartment is small but sufficient. We only enjoyed breakfast and slept there together. During the day we were at the beach and in the evenings we ate out. The apartment has a small drawback; a topper for the sofa bed would be nice. Otherwise, I'd always be happy to return.
