To Kühlungsborn Promenade - Beach it is about 3 km, which can be easily covered by bike. Two bicycles are provided in a shed, but we brought our own. For children, the large lawn with playhouse and swing as well as the adjacent horse paddock are nice.

One drawback is the mattresses. The mattresses from the double bed are way too hard. The one from the 1.40m bed is too thin and too soft. Additionally, the slatted frame rattles every time you turn over. The vacuum cleaner, even though it is a Miele device, is an absolute no-go. On one hand, the device smells, and the suction power is rather inadequate. On the other hand, the dust bag was not properly inserted, so the dust, etc. ended up in the vacuum cleaner itself instead of in the bag.

We are already coming to this wonderful holiday home for the sixth or seventh time. It now feels like a small home. Everything is harmonious and beautifully furnished, good beds and an overall good equipment make Hanni a true feel-good house. The location is perfect for us, not far from the beach, nestled in a beautiful orchard and very quiet. The sauna rounds off the picture on cold days. The dish series should slowly be supplemented again, and Wi-Fi definitely needs to be retrofitted. Because what didn't bother us a few years ago is now very much missed by our teenage children. Otherwise: Until definitely next time.

The house is really very beautiful. Three things might need to be changed: the property should be completely fenced (it's simply nicer for dog owners) and Wi-Fi would be very desirable, as the network reception is very poor to non-existent. The 4 existing bicycles urgently need to be repaired; one is missing a pedal, another no longer has a stand, and the rear brake no longer works. One can rent bicycles on site, but if there are any belonging to the house, they should also be functional. Everything else is great, including the proximity to the beach, so we had a nice, relaxing vacation. The service from Meer. Fun is excellent, our forgotten dog blanket was sent to us afterwards, thank you very much for that.

Very beautiful house, rooms sufficiently large, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner should be renewed. We found it very good that the kitchen was sufficiently equipped and not just 6 pieces of cutlery, plates, etc. were available! Ample space for children to play - including a play tower and swing. Would come back anytime.

The holiday home is located very quietly and is very well equipped. It is suitable as a starting point for hikes towards Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. Unfortunately, the property is not fenced.

Both the Nanni and Hanni houses need more storage options and hooks in the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. Wi-Fi should also be provided due to the lack of almost any mobile network. This is really a serious problem.

Great, quiet location - you really have your own space. The sea is not far, a walk and you reach the campsite. Kühlungsborn is not far, there you can find everything for shopping. We were there over Christmas and definitely want to visit the house again in early summer. The house itself has an indescribable charm, is well equipped, and is ideally planned in terms of layout. In short: we walked through the front door and immediately felt very comfortable and at home.

There isn't really anything to complain about, the location is great, about 1 km to the beach, the house is well furnished. A few cosmetic repairs could be made, but those are just minor details.

The only downside for us was the late notice of the paid towel and bedding service. Such a "service" should be a matter of course given the rental price.

A beautiful, very beautiful and quiet area, you can reach so much by bike! Especially the stay with a dog there is perfect. The only thing that might be missing is a fence around the property so that the dog can run freely on the terrace, but otherwise everything was really great. I don’t regret it!

A beautiful accommodation with a great location overall. The beds are very comfortable, the stairs don't creak, and the sauna is completely sufficient for 2 people. It is very quiet there, which allows for undisturbed sleep and relaxation. It's a shame that there were no pot holders, dish towels, or basic necessities like salt/pepper, cleaning cloths, or toilet paper in the accommodation. We understand bringing your own sheets and towels, but we didn't think about pot holders or dish towels, and they should really be provided at that price.

This is the sixth or seventh time we have come to this wonderful holiday home. It now feels like a little home. Everything is coherent and beautifully furnished, good beds and good equipment overall make Hanni a real feel-good house. The location is perfect for us, not far from the beach, nestled in a beautiful orchard and very quiet. The sauna completes the picture on cold days. The crockery should be replaced and wifi should be installed. Because what we didn't mind at all a few years ago, our teenage children now miss very much. Otherwise: See you next time, guaranteed.

Ideal place to relax, no internet connection far and wide (does surprisingly well once you get into it), very good facilities, unfortunately not always treated with care by guests. Good hiking and biking trails in the area. Cleaning team not very thorough, thick cobwebs in many corners, especially in the sauna. Nothing that can't be solved as a guest with the available hoover - however, every guest pays a rather expensive final cleaning fee for this. Distance to the beach definitely more than the stated 10 minutes walk or 1,000 metres distance. Car and/or bicycle compulsory!

The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the 3rd room, which was cramped when the sofa bed was pulled out. It would be better to have a bunk bed so that children could be accommodated.

A very nice house where you can really feel at home. Very quiet location and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful terrace and a sauna, what more could you want. We were there for the second time, had a really good rest and would love to come back in autumn. From us, 5 stars and thumbs up.
