Uniquely, the third floor of the house serves as a penthouse with a bedroom, its own living area, a bathroom, a separate kitchen, a terrace and access to the rooftop terrace and may be ideal for those in the family seeking extra privacy. With five en-suite double bedrooms 10 adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Rooms, with walk-in closets, are beautifully decorated with creative wall art, subtle but modern light fixtures while charming bathrooms show of elegant design with wood tones and soft black textures that dominate this exquisite villa.
Privileged location of the village between the blue Adriatic and the mountain ridges had earned Podstrana an elite neighbourhood status. Pebble Beach stretch on for kilometres and the calm shallow waters make it ideal for with families with children. Plenty of shops are present while many of the cafés and restaurants are located directly on the beach. Podstrana is an ideal place to unwind, relax and forget the world but if you are looking for a lot more action exciting and cultural pearl of Adriatic, town Split, is only 7 kilometres to the northwest.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets are welcome. Please note a 15 euro per day/per pet fee applies.
