Villa ABA is a new property offering very comfortable and stylish accommodation for 8+2 people. Fully equipped with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a relaxed holiday, fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, private and heated 38sqm swimming pool with the Counter-current swimming program and the no-Chlorine system, and a huge sun deck area, 4 bedrooms and a Media room with PS5 and a sofa bed. Very nice location and perfect accommodation for relaxed family vacations to make you feel at home away from home, but a bit more attractive as the views on the islands and Adriatic sea are simply amazing, and the sunsets are indeed breathtaking.
Villa ABA is located above the coast road in Podstrana village surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants like pine and olive trees, with shades of green and blue all around you giving you a nice and peaceful environment. It is located on a private 365 sqm plot consisting of 640 sqm of useful space spread on two floors.
It is situated only 10km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions very much worth visiting, only 650m from the lovely pebble beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 650m distance, 2 km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property, or you can arrange a private day boat tour to island Brač or Hvar (not included, all can be arranged before or during your stay).
Villa ABA offers exclusively for you:
* Outdoors offers a private and heated 38sqm infinity pool with a counter-current swimming program, and a fully automated salt electrolysis system (Chlorine-Free system). The comfortable sun deck area around the infinity pool with very comfortable sun-deck chairs, a lounge corner for relaxing and enjoying the amazing views of the Adriatic sea from every corner, and an outdoor shower. Just behind the sundeck area is a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (direct approach to the kitchen and living room), and two patio swings, an outdoor TV.
* The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a glass door toward the pool on one side, and an outdoor dining area on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, and two refrigerators (one with an ice maker and cold water). A living room with a flat-screen TV with surround speakers, A/C, free WiFi, a comfortable sofa, and an office desk if you decide to work there a bit. There is also a Bedroom No1 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect to a king-size, flat-screen TV and exit toward the outdoor dining area. There is a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The comfortable and stylish indoor spiral staircase takes you to the first floor.
The first floor offers a Media room with a flat-screen TV, WiFi, PS5, A/C, and a sofa that can convert into a bed if needed. Perfect spot for your youngest or the Teenagers. A Seaview Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and approach to the terrace with outdoor furniture and amazing sea and pool views (this terrace is shared with bedroom No3). A Seaview Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and an approach to the terrace (shared with Bedroom No2). A Seaview Bedroom No4 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air-conditioning. A spacious family bathroom with a shower (for Bedroom No 3 and No4). There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing facilities.
The property is fenced and ensures 3 parking lots in front of the property.

You are located only 12km from the small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river with so many activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, canyoning, individual or group boat tours on the river and to islands Brač, Hvar or Vis. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants and olive trees you can enjoy walking the hiking trails or even the free climbing trail for those who are more adventurous, and all enjoying the clean air that this unspoiled area offers. Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (29 km), seaport (10 km), bus station for international traffic (10 km), railway station (10 km), and the motorway (26 km), golf and tennis courts only 4km far from the villa.
