Description
Newly built and very modern Villa SALVIA is a luxury accommodation on 3500 m2 in a fully fenced building with private pool, outdoor dining room and outdoor furniture, deck chairs by the pool, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a games room with a pool table, table football, PS4. Outdoor multifunctional playground with football and tennis courts, and basketball hoops. The facility is also equipped with a sauna and gym.
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Everything is well organized and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation with family or friends for a maximum of 8 + 2 people.
The outdoor area of 3500 m2 has a private pool of 3.5 x 12 m with a spacious sun terrace and 8 sun loungers by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. In addition to the villa there are facilities for children, sandpit for children, seesaw. Within the villa there is an outdoor barbecue, in front of which there is a covered dining table with chairs for 10 people. (next to the living room and dining room on the ground floor).
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room and a living room overlooking the pool (with access to the outdoor dining area and pool). Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom # 1 with double bed (200x160) and private bathroom with shower.
The room and bathroom are adapted for disabled people.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms:
Bedroom # 2 with double bed (200x180cm) and private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom # 3 with double bed (200x180cm) and private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom # 4 with double bed (200x180cm, beds can be separated) and private bathroom and shower.
An internal staircase leads to the basement of the entertainment zone for all our guests.
This room has a sauna for 2 people.
Also in this room there is a pool table, table football, sofa, PS4 and TV.
In case you want to exercise, there are weights, a treadmill, a Pilates ball and an orbit.
There is also a family bathroom # 6 with a shower.
In a separate room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board on this level (basement).
The whole building is fully fenced and offers 4 secured parking spaces and 2 garage spaces.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is only a 20-minute drive from the famous city of Split, as well as the Klis Fortress and the ruins of Salona.
The property is 2 km from local market, 1 km from Dodoja Restaurant and ATM.
Dugopolje is located 15 km from Split, the largest city on the Croatian coast. It is a UNESCO heritage site and has many attractions.
Dugopolje is located near the intersection of the A1 Zagreb-Split-Dubrovnik highway that connects the coast and the hinterland of central Dalmatia.
Dugopolje is only 28 km from the Split-Kaštela International Airport and 18 km from the Split International Ferry Port (island of Brač, Hvar, Vis). The most popular tourist attractions of the central Dalmatian coast are only half an hour away (Trogir, Omis and the river Cetina).
Only 45 minutes drive to the Krka waterfalls and the town of Skradin. The pearls of the Dalmatian hinterland are the towns of Sinj, Trilj and Vrlika. All these cities are at the same distance. The Vranjača Cave area is 8 km away. Cycling, trekking, hiking and horseback riding are just some of the activities you can do in this part of the Dalmatian hinterland. Podi-Dugopolje Industrial Park has numerous shopping malls, restaurants and furniture stores, all within 2-3 km.

Beautiful house - successful vacation
We rented the villa for a week in July 2024. The property and the house are very well-maintained. In the outdoor area, there are several parking spaces, a pool, and options for sports activities (tennis, goals, and a basketball hoop). The villa is modernly furnished, and everything was very clean. We had sufficient space for 9 people. Additionally, the accommodation is suitable for wheelchair users as there is an accessible room on the ground floor. The facilities were excellent. Especially in the kitchen, everything was really available (coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, etc.). In the basement, there is a pool table, fitness equipment, table football, darts, and a sauna. We were completely satisfied.
The villa can be reached by rental car in about 40 minutes from Split Airport. Attractions like Kliss Castle or the cave can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The city center of Split is about 30 minutes away. The communication with the landlady was good (response time via email sometimes a bit long). The rental and key handover are handled on site by an agency (very kind lady who explains everything). A deposit of 400€ is due at check-in. You could reach someone by phone and WhatsApp at any time. A successful holiday for us :-)
