Situated on a generous 1.280 square meter private plot with full fencing, this tastefully furnished 530 square meter property is spread across multiple levels. Situated just 700 meters from the beach, this property has all the amenities a contemporary guest could want for an enjoyable stay. Its spacious and bright interior provides a view of Split's cityscape and the sea.
Here is a thorough explanation of what Villa Aride has to offer specifically for you. It is fully air-conditioned and provides cozy lodging for 10 people plus one.
* The ground floor area features a sun deck overlooking the sea, a 36 m² (9 m x 4 m) heated pool with hydromassage, a shallow area for your youngest child, and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. There are also sunbeds for six people plus two lazy bags, a lounge area in front of the living room, a projector that projects onto a wall, an outdoor shower, and a covered outdoor dining area with sliding glass doors. Additionally, there is a kitchenette and a conventional grill in a corner for your grilling prowess. Beside the summer kitchen, there's an artificial grass area with a table tennis table, a dining table, and some kid-friendly toys behind the house. There are three distinct artificial grass grassplot areas in front of the pool area, each with the natural shade of pine trees from your courtyard, making it easy to find the ideal place to read a book or sip on a glass of wine.
*The glass walls facing the pool on the ground floor provide an exceptionally light living area. In addition, there's a fully furnished kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), wine fridge, toaster, kettle, dining table, and two bar stools, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and an electric fireplace. The summer kitchen with outdoor dining area on the opposite side of the house is directly connected to the outdoor pool area in front of the villa.
A 200x200cm king-size bed, a glass wall with blinds overlooking the neighborhood and the pool area, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a TV, and air conditioning can all be found in Bedroom NO 1 also at the ground floor. Beside the living area is a separate bathroom equipped with a shower, and there's also a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. If you would like to work during your vacation, there is an office room on the ground floor.
* Basement offers: An infrared sauna and a workout area with a bench, a treadmill, and weighted Pilates equipment are available in the basement. A shower-equipped family bathroom. In addition, there is a well-organized fun area with a pool table, table soccer, darts, a kitchenette featuring an island with four stools, a sofa, TV and a PlayStation 5.
* 1st floor: There are 4 en suite bedrooms on the first floor, each with floor to ceiling glass doors and blinds for complete privacy:
Bedroom No.2 has a 180 by 200 cm king-size bed with incredible views of the sea and the neighbourhood, TV, air conditioning, a desk and chair, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom No. 3 features a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom No. 4 features a 200cm by 200cm super king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, sofa, and a balcony with views of the pool and sea. There is also an attached bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Bedroom No. 5 features a TV, air conditioning, a desk with chair, a king size bed 180 cm by 200 cm (which can be separated into two single beds), plus a single bed 90 x 200 cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with views of the surrounding area.
Five automobiles can be safely parked on a private plot. You are entering at the ground floor level from the parking lot.

Within its white stone walls and under its courtyards are a cathedral and numerous shops, bars, cafes also only 16km from small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river with many activities like whitewater rafting (recommended activity that is very easy and attractive), zip-line, canoeing, canyoning, individual or group boat tours on the river and to islands Brač, Hvar or Vis. Villa Aride is the ideal accommodation for groups or families who want to spend time together for a calming vacation in this nice location, exploring what famous Podstrana and Strožanac riviera offers.
Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature: walking paths, hiking, and cycling trails, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), seaport (9 km), bus station for international traffic (9 km), railway station (9km) and the motorway (23 km), golf and tennis courts only 2,5km far from the villa.
