The Villa is very well organized, nicely designed and very bright with a lot of daylight and all is offered exclusively for you.
A ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, sea and pool views from every corner, A/C, smart TV, free WiFi, a sofa that opened in sofa bed for 2, and there is a direct approach to the covered outdoor dining area. Bedroom No1 with king size bed 180cmx200cm with walk-in wardrobe, A/C and a TV. A family bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, there are iron facilities in the hall.
An internal staircase takes you to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to a spacious terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No3 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, exit to a terrace with sea and pool views. The outdoor area of sqm is fully fenced with parking plot for 4 cars. Outdoor offers covered dining area (in front of the kitchen and living room), a barbecue, private x 5m swimming pool with counter-current swimming program, with attached Whirlpool x 2m (non-heated), spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs with pillows and towels, additionally, there is also table tennis and few steps bellow takes you to a gym and playroom. It is an airconditioned room with a Multifunctional and Orbitreck machine for your workout with some weights, and next to it is a sofa with a TV, PS4 and some toys for your youngest.

Villa is nestled between two Unesco heritage cities Trogir and Split, with football court (500m), beach and restaurants(1,3km), mini market 700m, airport 4km away, and still offering a very quiet environment with a beautiful and unspoiled area of Kaštel Novi. Located in the hearth of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Split and Diocletian Palace (10 min driving, 12km) with great history attractions, Salona Ruins and Klis fortress (Game of Thrones tour) (5 min driving), Trogir (15 min driving, 16km), Krka waterfalls (1h driving)… also opportunities to try amazing quad biking experience, rafting, horse many more. Car is recommended!

Beautiful Villa Stanka
Somewhat secluded and partially only accessible via steep gravel paths, Villa Stanka reveals itself as a true gem once you arrive. Stunning views of Split and the sea, beautiful building (inside and out) and a fantastic large pool. The kitchen is a bit under-equipped for cooking for larger groups, but other than that, I can't criticize anything. In particular, the friendly landlord is very attentive, uncomplicated, and accommodating. After a 24-hour drive, he welcomed us with a cool beer. Having your own car is clearly recommended as otherwise, you are very secluded (nearest supermarket: about 1.5km, but with about 300 meters of elevation!). Clear recommendation! ☺️

Amazing Stay
We just spent a week at this amazing Villa. If your looking to relax this is the perfect place for you. Malden the host is so helpful, picking us up from the airport on arrival and then even dropping us off after we had dropped our bags for some lunch them picking us back up when the villa was ready. The villa is beautiful and clean, pool is a little on the cold side but refreshing ?. Shops are a 15min walk or 5mins in a car. Will definitely be back to this Villa when we can get booked up.

Oasis of well-being
We arrived with 7 people and 2 dogs, we came through an electric gate to the house, where our cars could be parked directly.
The pool was immediately noticeable and the view was directly towards the sea
The garden is completely fenced and perfect for holidays with dogs.
We will miss this view very much!
The house is super nice and modern, also from the inside it was 100% convincing!
Super spacious, well equipped kitchen with a large fridge and kitchen island.
The beautiful terrace with a view of the pool and the sea was especially convincing in the evening when you could look at the illuminated city of Split and the illuminated pool
The rooms all had their own bathroom which was of course a plus point!
we were really thrilled with the service, we could contact the landlord of the house at any time, he always took care of everything and answered our questions!
For one thing, his loving mother came and sorted out a "problem"
They were very warm and familiar, which remains in our memory!
By car you can reach Split and the town of Trogir, which we particularly liked, in 20-30 minutes
Except for the fact that we all had back pain from sleeping, we were completely satisfied and can only recommend the villa!

Assisted Living
I spent our holiday at Villa Stank with my family this summer. I have to say that from the arrival to the departure everything was perfectly organised in a holiday feeling.
About the arrival: We planned to arrive at 4pm but arrived at 6pm for the handover of the keys. Our landlord waited for us casually with sunglasses by the pool and offered us a cold beer from the fridge
The villa is well equipped, all rooms have air-conditioning, pool, jacuzzi - everything your heart desires.
What has to be pointed out is that whenever we needed a question or support we could write to our landlord and he answered within 5 minutes.
Examples of this, we need a taxi, private massage, private chef or delivery service.
At the departure, we also met Mama Stanka, the acceptance of the villa took place without further problems. You can see there is a lot of heart and soul in the villa, we had a great stay and look forward to visiting Villa Stank again next year.

Fantastic villa with sea view
Superb villa, wonderful location with panoramic view: the Adriatic Sea in front, the mountains behind - even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Mladen - very nice host, always available. Proximity to Split is also very advantageous. As a welcome, cold cuts/cheese platter and drinks (beer, juice, coke) in the fridge. Many thanks again for that! Great equipment of the villa and very clean - we felt very, very comfortable and will definitely come again!
