Description
Villa Runje is a stone beauty that the owner made with his hands and it offers you to find yourselves in it`s beautiful, well preserved environment and also close to everything you need for unforgettable holidays.
As a bonus you have opportunity to eat organic vegetable that owner grows just for your use on field next to the property, believe me, the taste of that season vegetables is something else. Owner pics them early in morning while discreetly cleaning the pool and leaves it on the table just for you (no charge).
About house :
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen ( with an ice machine and espresso machine) and a living room with a sofa bed and a fire place, there is also one bathroom with shower. From the living area exit to big, covered terrace with pool views.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 single bed (bunk bed) and one bathroom with shower. There is a terrace on the first floor so you can find your own perfect spot to enjoy in calming environment, or in romantic moments watching unforgettable sunset.
Outdoor offers: a Dalmatian outdoor fireplace to make a barbecue, playground for children with swing, slide, seesaw, trampoline and a net for badminton or volleyball.
There are two parking places and the property is fenced.

Villa Runje is located small village Gornje Sitno in mountain Mosor above town Split (15 km ) and village Žrnovnica (7km).
The surroundings is peaceful and quiet with beautiful , pure mountain air, and amazing views on the islands, Adriatic sea with islands and the city Split from the 36 m2 heated swimming pool and cozy covered terrace leaves you breathless.

A beautiful, dreamy view
Villa located in a small mountain village with a view of Split, the entire bay, the Adriatic Sea and islands. It provides privacy and peace. Nice owners, there is a small village shop and restaurant in the village, driveway to the village with beautiful views, the road is quite wide, no need to worry, highly recommended.

Fantastic house with fantastic view
We felt very comfortable. Mare and Zdenko are very nice landlords. Many thanks also for the many small attentions during our stay. (Fresh bread, wine, etc. almost daily)
The equipment, the pool, the Jacuzzi are a dream!
However, the journey is a bit special... The last 9 km from the suburbs of Split to the top take a bit longer... The access road to the house is very narrow. But it got better every day ;-) with a little practice.
The view of Split and the bay and mountains are indescribable and spectacular!

Dream holiday
Last week, we, a family of 5 with three grown-up children, were allowed to be guests in this beautiful holiday home. After a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by the owners Marija and Zdenko with Dalmatian delicacies and homemade wine. We were overwhelmed... The house leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped, just like all the other rooms. The furnishings are very high quality, everything is very clean and well maintained, including the outside area. All rooms in the house are lovingly decorated, the garden is a feast for the eyes. The view is breathtaking and simply fascinating at any time of day and in all directions, we couldn't get enough of it. The weather was great, we could use the pool and even swim in the sea. In the small shop in the village we got the most important things, like bread, milk and water, everything else we just had to bring with us or get in the surrounding towns, which are all easily accessible. Marija and Zdenko are very, very nice people, were always available for us and always made sure that we felt comfortable. Conclusion: we spent an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in this great holiday home, which was unfortunately too short. It is a pleasure to come here again!
