The interior of Villa Elia is very well organized, very bright and with amazing views from every room, the views on the pool, the town Split, or to the mountains and pine trees that are surrounding the property. The owners are a young couple that is taking great care of your well-being and you can expect them to show you around at your arrival giving you all the needed information about what to visit, where to go, and all other information about recommended activities or attractions to visit. This would be your perfect home away from home for a well-deserved stress-free vacation.
* The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 9m x 4,5m with a hydromassage, a shallow part 1m x 4m (0,5m depth) for your youngest family members or just for chilling, an outdoor shower, and 6 deck chairs. There is a covered terrace with a lounge corner, a dining area with a barbecue (gas), and table tennis. The parking lot is secured for 4 cars on private property, fenced.
* The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and IPTV, air conditioner, free WiFi, comfy sofa, and two lazy bags with glass walls toward the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern guest needs (dishwasher, microwave oven, toter, kettle, an espresso coffee machine...and more) and direct approach toward the outdoor dining area, an indoor dining area, and a family bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities next to the bathroom.
* The first floor offers bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, air conditioner, a TV and views of hills. Bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioner, a TV, and views on town Split. Location and surroundings of object
The neighborhood is unspoiled and private with amazing views of the town Split (10km) and hills covered with pine trees. The nearest supermarket is only 1,4km far from the property, restaurant 2,3km, a bar pub 1km, Jadro river is 2,3km far, and the nearest town Solin only 2,3km, beach 10km, highway Dugopolje 10km. A lot of beautiful local attractions are nearby and a car is recommended. The Klis Fortress (3km) is a medieval fortress situated above the village of Klis. If you want a guided tour of Klis Fortress, there is an excellent Game of Thrones Tour that includes a historical walking tour of Klis Fortress where Daenerys Targaryen launched an attack on the mountaintop city of Meereen, as well as dinner at a 600-year-old water mill in another nearby village. Another location to visit is Salona ruins, the archaeological site (2,4km). Salona (today Solin) was an ancient city and the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia. And, of course, you can find the best Split city UNESCO attractions such as the Diocletian palace with its cathedral only 10km from the property.
