Villa with private heated pool in Split only 10 min driving from old are able to provide full privacy .property is surrounded with fence and no fisical contact with neighbours .We are safe from Covid did not have not even one case in area .Since 2019 we started to offer direct reservations with out any service fee charge .There is oportunity to save aprox 400 euro on charge service fee from Homeaway .Some guests feel more safe thrue site so please book thrue home away we are totally find with that .For direct reservations we ask for deposit only and remaining amount is to be paid after arrival to house .Just renovated rooms in end of 2018 .We have add possibility of 1 double bed or 2 single beds in every room and to fit coupleas or friends so every bed can convert from double to single .We replay email in max 1-2 guests have huge discount for all excursions there are in Split and region together with car rental (cheapest in region)and restaurants. Beach renovated 400 meter from the house makes things even more interested to our guests. Pool tiles are from glass mosaic and they make pool looks amazing. Pool is 35 squere meter big to fit 12-15 people inside. For cooler periods pool is covered by special blanket and heated . All the furniture brand new and fabi soccer table!The only golf course in area 250 meter from own 5 star villa in Bol island Brac in case you search for accommodation in that also for 12 you have any question please do not hesitate to ask .

Lovely pool
Both Henry and Blanka were the most amazing hosts and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We were met by Blanka at the villa, who very kindly organised all of our airport transfers and taxis to the Krka national park. The villa itself is incredible, easily fitting all 11 members of our group, in beautiful surroundings. All the features were up to a really high standard, and the pool was fantastic! It was also very well located, being five minutes from the local supermarket, and 5 minutes more to the beach. The villa was also 10 minutes walk to the local bus stop, with buses going right into central Split in 20 minutes. Overall, we had an incredible holiday - the Villa, location and hosts are unbeatable and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Beautiful, clean, friendly house for a family
The hosts were very friendly and very helpful you felt like you were at home. On arrival Henry offered to take us to the supermarket because we did not have a car and he organised restaurants for our dinners. We highly recommend the house was stunning and the pool beautiful. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!
