It is located in Klis, near the famous town Split (15min to the center), just above the Solin village (4,5km) on a private 613 sqm plot consisting of 300 sqm of useful space spread on three floors and can comfortably accommodate 8+2 people. This amazing villa is perfect for a relaxed family vacation or friend gatherings and a perfect base for various daily visits to many different history attractions as you are located close to many UNESCO localities and have many activity possibilities within 1 hour drive.
It is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, and it offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, the summer kitchen, a gaming room with a Pool table, a Tennis table, PlayStation 5 with convertible sofa. The outdoors offers a private swimming pool with a hydro-massage and a sun deck area, and another outdoor area next to the game room with an artificial grass, a perfect spot for various outdoor games for your youngest.
There are 3 parking places secured on a private plot and there is 1 garage space. There is a video surveillance system around the house.
Here is the detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:
* The OUTDOORS offers a private swimming pool 11m x 4m with hydro-massage, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and amazing views of the town Split and the Adriatic Sea. There is also an outdoor shower and a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue (woods, charcoal) and a flat screen TV, all overlooking town Split and unspoiled nature on Klis slopes. The pool area is located just steps lower than the living/dining area. From the pool and barbecue area you can approach by the outdoor and indoor staircase toward the playground on the lower ground floor level.
* The GROUND floor (57sqm) (swimming pool level) offers a fully air-conditioned stylish living room with two sofas (both convertible into beds if needed), a fire place, a flat screen TV, a free WiFi, floor-to ceiling glass doors toward outdoor dining area and toward the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need (Microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, Saeco espresso coffee been maker...) a kitchen island and a dining table from where you have a glass doors toward the pool area. There is also a Bedroom NO1 (13,5sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, Air-condition, views of the mountain and the natural surroundings. Next to it is a family bathroom (5,6sqm) with a shower and two sinks.
* The LOWER GROUND floor (57sqm) is approached by an indoor staircase from the living area, and it offers airconditioned FUN zone with a sofa (can convert into sofa bed), a flat screen TV, a PlayStation 5, a Billiards (Pool table), a Table tennis, and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and iron with an ironing board there. The Fun zone is connected to an outdoor playground with an artificial grass and some various toys for your youngest (approachable by indoor and the outdoor staircase from the barbecue area)
* The FIRST floor offers:
Bedroom NO2 (24,75sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, Air-condition, en-suite Bathroom (5,6sqm) with a shower, a spacious terrace with a lounge corner and with town Split and sea views (terrace is shared with Bedroom NO3 and NO4.

Location and surroundings of object
The neighborhood of the Klis slopes is newly built and surrounded by low Mediterranean vegetation, mixed with some pine trees and offers an extremely beautiful view of the famous city of Split, we emphasize the sunset views with the lights of the city. Simply wonderful. The nearest minimarket is only 1,8km far from the property, restaurant 3,6km, a bar pub 1,8km, supermarket Ribola 4km, Jadro river and nearest town Solin is 4,5km far, beach Žnjan or Stobreč 11km, highway Dugopolje 9km. A lot of beautiful local attractions are nearby, and a car is highly recommended.
The Klis Fortress (1,5km) is a medieval fortress situated above the village Klis. If you want a guided tour of Klis Fortress, there is an excellent Game of Thrones Tour that includes a historical walking tour of Klis Fortress where Daenerys Targaryen launched an attack on the mountaintop city of Meereen, as well as dinner at a 600-year-old water mill in another nearby village. Another location to visit is Salona ruins, the archaeological site (5km). Salona (today Solin) was an ancient city and the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia. And, of course, you can find the best Split city UNESCO attractions such as the Diocletian’s palace with its cathedral only 11km from the property. Split is a UNESCO world heritage site that is nearby your location, and it is very much worth visiting. You can also take a boat tour from Split to island Brač, Hvar, or Vis and see the unspoiled island life of one of these islands as a perfect day tour. You can also visit famous Krka waterfalls that are less than 1 hour away, on this tour you can visit Trogir and Šibenik, both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites (in Šibenik it is the cathedral that is listed) and in our opinion are both well worth visiting and fulfilling your Croatian itinerary.
