A great newly furnished and renovated apartment in a semi-detached house, quietly located on the edge of the holiday village. Great terrace with an unobstructed view of nature.

The first impression was very nice. Upon closer inspection, a few flaws could be seen. The furnishings are somewhat dated, and the outdoor area could use some care. But for a temporary home, it was still very nice.

The house number 37a is located on the edge of the holiday village and has a beautiful view of the adjacent nature reserve from the terrace at the back. The interior is very functional, and the house was spotless upon arrival. Everything is in working order, and you can tell it has been freshly renovated; I have experienced quite the opposite with other properties. The path to the beach is short, and it’s only a few minutes to the spa center. Here you can enjoy all the amenities of a relaxing vacation. We were traveling with our Jack Russell Terrier, and there was a large walking area next to the house for him as well. At the entrance to the village, there is a bakery wagon that offers fresh baked goods every day from 7:00 to 10:00 AM!

Beautiful and very quiet location next to a natural property. Our apartment (37a) was very well maintained, especially the bathrooms which were elaborate and tastefully designed. The apartment has everything you need. There are good shopping options nearby. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the center or the beach. We also used the local bus, which is inexpensive and regularly goes to Redewich and the White Wiek. Boltenhagen is a picturesque little town with many small shops, cafes, and restaurants. The beach is spacious and not crowded. It was a thoroughly successful holiday. We will definitely come back.
