As a suggestion for the equipment, I would recommend stair gates for the stairs. We arrived with a 61-year-old child and had to place something in front of it so that she cannot go up the stairs alone.

The overall rating from the four of us travelers 5/5 is justified! The house is great, it is very well equipped, it is clean and nicely furnished as a holiday home. Of course, there are improvement suggestions everywhere, but these do not change the rating in any way. There is more than enough kitchen equipment and dishes. However, a cutting board was surprisingly not found. For the bathtub, I would recommend installing a grab bar for getting in and out, as the entry is quite high, and in the shower, the risk of slipping is quite high due to the beautiful tiles. In the bedrooms, a "valet" would be good to be able to place clothing. But as I said, it was a wonderfully beautiful week in a lovely holiday home, and we would be happy to come back.

The facility is in very good condition, the interior is mostly from well-known brands. The facility can be recommended without hesitation. Ideal for families and with several people. Not suitable for bowling clubs and similar groups looking for a drinking tour. Very nice and competent staff. The booking process works smoothly. We will come back.

Our stay was overall beautiful! Areas for improvement might be: sharp knives, colored towels, insect protection in front of the terrace door and in the room under the roof, maybe sweep the terrace once. Privacy on the terrace is not necessarily guaranteed! But this is complaining at a high level and should not tarnish the 5 stars!!!

We felt very comfortable in the house. It is well-equipped and well thought out. There is sufficient closet space and shelving and hanging options. Since we were there with grandchildren, it was nice for us that a wagon, crib, and high chair were available. The location is very nice, somewhat on the edge, with a beautiful view. What we missed were sharp kitchen knives; the ones available are unfortunately not sharp at all—and a large baking dish. We would love to come back!

The house is simply CLASS...greatly furnished, everything you need is there...even in the kitchen, and above all, you like to use everything! Overall a great holiday home, including the garden furniture and the beach chair! This was our second time at your place on Mariannenweg, and it certainly won't be our last visit...we'll be happy to come back!!! Best regards...Family Oberstein

We were in Mariannenweg for the second time, but in different houses. The Nordic team is great and competent. We liked it very much again. There were a few things we missed, which is why we only rated it 4 stars overall and 3 stars in comparison to the first house regarding the furnishings. We submitted these as improvement suggestions to Nordic. We would still happily return to Mariannenweg.

The houses on Mariannenweg are all super! They are all very cozy and still appropriately furnished. Almost nothing is missing! The entire area is fenced, cars must park at the edge, so there are no dangers for children.
