This newly built villa is, as the name suggests, a masterpiece – a designer villa of high standards. It is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas in the southwest of Cape Coral, with western exposure and a view of a water basin. A good boating location is another plus. Start your exciting excursions directly from the private boat dock with lift. With 420 m² of living space, spread over two floors, the villa offers plenty of room for a dream vacation! Altogether, this luxury villa features two living rooms, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a game room with a pool table. Plenty of space for two or more families as well. Thanks to the many areas inside and outside, everyone can find their own retreat! Only high-quality materials were used in the construction, and the high-quality design was continued in the furnishings and decoration. The pool area is one of a kind: the heated infinity saltwater pool with its great design is an eye-catcher, with the waterline directly at pool deck level. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the 360-degree overflow with turquoise-blue water makes it a special experience. The adjacent, large whirlpool also invites you to relax. The generously designed terrace with plenty of loungers and lounge furniture offers lots of space to relax and for shared meals at the dining table. Thanks to the southwest orientation of the pool, you can enjoy the sun for a long time. You also have an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill at your disposal. From the balcony on the first floor, you also have a beautiful view and are guaranteed breathtaking sunsets!

The spacious living area invites you to linger. Here you will find an 82-inch TV with Apple TV, which also allows you to watch German channels.

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This way, you can listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The bathroom in the master area is spacious and bright and also features an outdoor shower.

Upstairs there is a second living room with a pool table and a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here as well is a luxury bathroom with all the details.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjoining dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances as well as a Nespresso machine await you. Energy efficiency is important to us, therefore the villa’s hot water is heated with warm air and there are various adjustable air conditioning units in the house.

In addition to the good house facilities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment in the garage for your excursions. Two kayaks are available, with which you can explore the area from the water. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash water park is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral lies right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
