Upon entering the villa, guests immediately feel the open, light-filled architecture and the warm, inviting atmosphere. Large window fronts offer views over the canal and create the feeling of being in the midst of nature while enjoying luxurious comfort.
The spacious living area is stylishly furnished and, with its cozy sofa landscape, offers the perfect spot for relaxed movie nights or sociable gatherings. The adjoining kitchen is a real highlight: modern, excellently equipped with a cooking island, ceramic cooktop, high-quality appliances, and a Nespresso machine – ideal for those who value enjoyment and culinary experiences even on vacation.
For guests who need to work a bit during their holiday or simply seek retreat and peace, there is an office corner available: bright, comfortable, and equipped with a desk. This way, small tasks or even longer stays can be perfectly combined with relaxation.
The villa has three elegant bedrooms, each with king-size beds, plenty of storage space, and its own TV. Especially comfortable: two bedrooms and a bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool area. So the day literally begins with a step outside – perfect for enjoying your first coffee with a view of the water or jumping straight into the pool.
The outdoor area is the heart of the villa. The west-facing terrace guarantees sun until the evening and spectacular sunsets that bathe the sky in vibrant colors. The pool is electrically heated and operated with a salt system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes. Whether refreshing swims during the day or romantic hours under the starry sky – memories are made here that last. In the lounge area, during a cozy BBQ with the modern grill, or a round of "cornhole," you can fully enjoy life. Right by the water, you can relax on the new Captain’s Walk. Two kayaks are available, allowing you to explore the area from the water.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The location is also a plus: Villa Sunrays is located directly on the canal, so you can enjoy the water view at any time. At the same time, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and leisure activities are conveniently nearby. This way, peace and privacy are combined with the opportunity to discover lively Florida life.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that the booking will be canceled by us.
Cancellation of the rental agreement is no longer possible within 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
