Villa Sunrays in Cape Coral is a place where vacation dreams come true – modern, elegant, and equipped with everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday in Florida. Upon entering the villa, guests immediately feel the open, light-filled architecture and the warm, inviting atmosphere. Large window fronts offer views over the canal and create the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still enjoying luxurious comfort. The spacious living area is stylishly furnished and, with its cozy sofa landscape, offers the perfect place for relaxed movie nights or sociable gatherings. The adjoining kitchen is a real highlight: modern, excellently equipped with a cooking island, ceramic hob, high-quality appliances, and a Nespresso machine – ideal for all who value enjoyment and culinary experiences even on vacation. For guests who want to work a little even on vacation or simply seek retreat and peace, an office corner is available: bright, comfortable, and equipped with a desk. This way, small tasks or even longer stays can be perfectly combined with relaxation.

The villa has three elegant bedrooms, each with king-size beds, plenty of storage space, and its own television. Especially comfortable: two bedrooms as well as one bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool area. So the day literally begins with a step outside – perfect for enjoying your first coffee with a view of the water or jumping straight into the pool.

The outdoor area is the heart of the villa. The west-facing terrace guarantees sun until the evening as well as spectacular sunsets that bathe the sky in vibrant colors. The pool can be electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Basically, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. Whether refreshing swims during the day or romantic hours under the starry sky – memories are made here that last. In the lounge area, at a cozy BBQ with the modern grill, or during a game of "Cornhole," life can be enjoyed to the fullest. Right by the water, you can relax on the new Captain's Walk. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The location is also a plus: Villa Sunrays is situated directly on the canal, so you can enjoy the view of the water at any time. At the same time, restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities, and leisure activities are conveniently close by. This is how peace and privacy combine with the opportunity to discover the vibrant Florida lifestyle.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
