This beautiful, large holiday home for 8 people in Oostkaplle has everything you need for a holiday on the Zeeland coast! Your pet is also welcome!
In the living room, the warm furnishings will immediately make you feel at home in this holiday home. After a nice day in Walcheren, you can relax in front of the TV. The living room has a spacious sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. There is a stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. At the spacious dining table you can dine with the whole family or enjoy a cosy evening of games.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms. In the basement you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. One room has two bunk beds and the other has a double bed. Here you will also find the second bathroom, which has a toilet, a sink, a shower and a bathtub.
The holiday home is surrounded by a large, green garden where you can enjoy the sun. The children and the dog can also enjoy themselves here for hours.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
