This beautiful suite for 2 persons is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful time in Zeeland! The suite is located on the boulevard of Vlissingen, on the beach and the sea and is charmingly decorated.
The room on the first floor has a double bed which is of course ready for you on arrival.
In the same room you will also find a sitting area with TV, where you can relax after an eventful day in Zeeland. You have unlimited use of the coffee and tea facilities and the fridge in the room.
Through the large windows, a lot of natural light comes in, which gives you a generous feeling of space. You have a view of the town of Vlissingen!
The bathroom is luxuriously furnished and equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There are enough towels available for you.
Every morning you will be served a delicious breakfast in the restaurant Boulevard 17, which can be taken in the breakfast room of the restaurant and is included in the price.
At the front you have a French balcony.
The suite is cleaned daily for you so that you can stay in a fresh room every day.

Vlissingen is one of the most popular coastal towns in Zeeland! Vlissingen is an old harbour town at the mouth of the Westerschelde! Vlissingen is also a real tourist attraction. During the summer time many German tourists come to discover Vlissingen!
Beach
Vlissingen has two beaches. The beach borders the boulevard, where you will find all the facilities you need!
A little further you will find the Nollestrand, which borders on the beautiful dunes of Vlissingen. Both beaches have all kinds of food and drink facilities and there are showers and toilets nearby.
Boulevard
Vlissingen is the boulevard and the boulevard is Vlissingen. Nowhere do the ships pass each other as close as on the boulevard. Besides the beautiful view and the beach, there are also many restaurants on the boulevard! Enjoy your lunch in the shade, your dinner or your drink in the evening sun.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Bellamypark: In Bellamypark you will find various restaurants, discos and cafés where you can enjoy a snack and a drink until the early or late hours of the morning. Bellamypark is centrally located and can be reached on foot from the centre and the beach.
The MuZeeum: The name says it all, in the MuZeeum you can admire all kinds of historical and maritime objects. So you can immerse yourself in the history of Zeeland, and there is plenty of information about Michiel de Ruyter!
The Arsenal: The Arsenal is an ideal place to go with your children! There are a lot of activities to do there. Learn all about pirates, see all the beautiful fish and visit the crow's nest, which gives you a good view of the whole of Vlissingen!
Art routes: In Vlissingen you will find various art routes. These can be discovered on foot or by bicycle!
