This beautiful holiday bungalow has a unique location in a quiet, wooded, park-like setting. The distance to the beach and the dunes is only one kilometre, also the centre of Oostkapelle with all amenities is only one kilometre away.
In the wooded Oosterpark in Oostkapelle lies this beautifully renovated bungalow on a large plot of 550 m2. The house is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. This bungalow is stylishly and tastefully decorated, has a cosy built-in fireplace to warm up after a long walk on the forest beach, has partial underfloor heating and electric radiators on the wall in all rooms.
All rooms are on the ground floor and from the cosy living room you walk through the double garden doors into the sunny south-west garden, the terrace of 20m2 is partially covered. The open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave/oven/steam oven/grill, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, and kettle. From the dining room with large dining table, you go through the garden door into the front garden, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.
The house has three bedrooms, each with two single beds, which are made up on arrival. Two bedrooms are equipped with a washbasin and a spacious wardrobe, the children's room has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. A cot is available free of charge. The bathroom has a rain shower and a washbasin, a separate toilet in the hallway. In the work cupboard in the hallway you will find a washing machine/dryer combination.
In the large garden there are many sunny and shady spots where you can also barbecue. Through the gate at the garden house you will find the public spacious parking space. This holiday bungalow has its own parking space at the front, through the small gate at the side is the front door, the large garden is surrounded by a nice thick hedge and large trees.
In short, this house is ideal for your holiday by the sea with children!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Nature reserve of the Manteling
The tourist coastal towns of Domburg and Oostkapelle are separated by the beautiful nature reserve De Manteling. In this forest, nature is given free rein, which of course makes the area even more beautiful. There are even deciduous forests, which is very unusual for Walcheren!
The nature reserve De Manteling is suitable for everyone who likes to walk, cycle and explore!
There are many different walking and cycling routes through the forest that will take you to the beach, the dunes or to Domburg. You might even see a deer!
When you visit the nature reserve De Manteling, be sure to pay a visit to Westhove Castle. This castle has been standing since the year 836 and brings with it a lot of history.
The castle served as a dike to keep the Vikings out, it was a hunting lodge and was recaptured by Spanish troops in 1572.
Westhove Castle now has a café and terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the sun in the atmosphere of the Golden Age.
The Terra Maris Museum is located near Westhove Castle. Terra Maris literally means 'land of the sea'. In this museum you can learn all about the history of the Zeeland landscape and see the rich natural heritage.
Terra Maris is also a great activity for children! Here they can learn all about Zeeland's nature in a fun way. Visit the landscape garden, catch water animals in the pond or climb on the climbing frame!
Oranjezon Nature Reserve
The Oranjezon nature reserve is located between Vrouwenpolder and Oostkapelle. Oranjezon is a beautiful, extensive nature reserve with a lot of variety in the landscape. At any time of the year you can enjoy one of the five walking routes of Oranjezon!
With its forest, dunes and beach, Oranjezon is the most varied coastal area in Zeeland!
Along the way you will encounter all kinds of plants, berries and mushrooms.
There is also a herd of Konik horses running free and there is a good chance you will encounter deer!
