Description
We own new and Luxe Apartment (built 2013) in cozy seaside resort Oostkapelle a large garden with shed (eg for bicycles) and trampoline. Also there is a large veranda (8x2,5m) where man can enjoy many pleasant hours. Our condo has the höheste valuation of strangers Club (5 *)!
In the apartment there is a large kitchen with dining area and a washer / dryer, refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven / microwave and many box. Next to the kitchen there is a hall and a separate toilet.
In the living room a wood stove is (wood can get with us against cost price), cozy sitting area with TV, DVD, CD and radio. WIFI / WLAN is included.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom:
- The bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and washbasin.
- In large bedrooms good quality beds (2), built-in closet and TV / DVD
- In the other bedroom are 2 beds and TV / DVD
The apartment is very suitable for children with high chair, crib, tableware and the stairs can be completed. Also you can avail of the carts.
The apartment is very quiet, not on the way, with its own driveway (50 meters) and 700 meters from the forest and 500 meters from cozy village. The beach of Oostkapelle is very clean and the forest wearing a for lovely walks and cycling.

Location and surroundings of object
Our apartment is suitable for 4 persons, comfortably furnished and very fully equipped. The
Apartment is made of natural materials (exterior entirely in wood) built in the dimension of one
authentic Zeeuwschen barn.
Downstairs there is a separate toilet, large kitchen and living room with doors to the large covered
Veranda where man can sit well in the sun and in the rain with which man can live properly outside
and enjoy the peace and fresh air. Time to enjoy and relax!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
The apartment has all the comforts and is fully equipped and has:
Large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining table. Also you have a washer and dryer.
Living room with cozy sitting area, flat screen TV, DVD, radio, CD player.
Two bedrooms with hotel quality beds, 2e television. The staircase is completed with a stair gate.
Luxury bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
A large garden gives total privacy. In the garden there is a large trampoline, swing, storage for bicycles, comfortable chairs and sun beds with pillows and a large grass field.

Activities and markets. On the terraces is always comfortable a lot of business. The beach is in 2012 again
for 22e (without interruption every year since 1990) awarded the international "Blue Flag"
Environmental Award. It garandiert a high Qaulität the bathing waters and a well-kept clean beach. Also
Your children can play safely here. Some years ago, the beaches of Oostkapelle are chosen until
cleanest beach in the Netherlands. There is a large supermarket, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, snack bar,
Bike rental, manege and various nice restaurants. Every Thursday there is a market in
Oostkapelle. Also for children there is much to do in Oostkapelle and surroundings. In the village (300 meters) there is a
large children's playground. But Oostkapelle also has a beautiful environment between natural areas De
Manteling and the dunes and watercourses Oranjezon. After (Vrouwenpolder) and west
(Domburg) There are beautiful forests where man can walk, cycling, driving, etc.
