House: is large, clean, well equipped, the garden is very big where you can grill, cozy, especially the kitchen and living room.
Location: 800 meters to the beach, about 800 meters to the grocery store, near good restaurants where you can eat nicely, quiet, there is a playground nearby.
Contact with the owner: fast, clear, without problems.
Perfect location for our group with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities.
We were here last year and want to come back here every summer.

Beautiful days.
A small critique - a few sharp knives were missing ;O). Otherwise, it is a very large, well-maintained and well-equipped house, with beautiful rooms, a large balcony, a great garden, including a Weber grill, 4 bicycles for free use, and some other equipment for the beach. It is about one kilometer away and thus easily reachable on foot.
The communication with Marielle from Joziasse Verhuur was very pleasant, with fast, competent answers and always friendly. We were able to enjoy the vacation with nine people from three generations and will gladly come again.

Family Weekend
We found the house very well maintained. Everyone had their own room and there was a grille at the top and bottom of the stairs for our grandchild. We also got along well with the washing facilities with eight adults and a toddler. The kitchen was large and the seating was great. We all had space in the large living room and our grandson could spread out with his toys! The seating in the garden, is also available for many people and toddlers can play unmolested, as everything is more or less closed. The way to the beach is also not far. We will definitely come again

Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft
Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 07.08 - 14.08.15 in Oostkapelle verbracht, der Ort war sehr schön. Das Haus gefiehl uns sehr gut, es war sehr gemütlich. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 8 Kinder da. Die Ausstattung war top, der Garten absolut klasse. Die Entfernung zum Strand war nicht weit und der Weg war gemütlich zu gehen.Der Bollerwagen der zum Haus gehörte erleichterte den Transport von Kleidung, Handtücher und Proviant zum Strand. Ein Spielplatz gibt es auch im Ort, der gegen Abend gerne besucht wurde. Leider fehlte der Hochstuhl der zum Inventar gehören sollte, aber ansonsten alles super. Das Haus sowie die Lage ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Das nächste mal geht der Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder nach Oostkapelle, das Haus würden wir definitiv auch wieder nehmen wollen, aber eventuell paar Tage länger, denn 1 Woche ist viel zu kurz.

Positiv: Super Lage, schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters auf Probleme, geräumiges Haus, Einzellage, Internet im Haus, Fernseher mit deutschem Programm
Negativ: Ausstattung schon etwas angejahrt, Sanitärausstattung für 11 Personen zu wenig, Küchenausstattung (Töpfe) zu wenig / klein für viele Personen, Info über Mülltrennung verbesserungsfähig

Wunderbare 7 Tage in Oostkapelle
Auch wenn die Einrichtung unserer Gruppe von Jungen Leuten etwas sehr altmodisch vorkam, mussten wir dennoch schnell feststellen das es sehr gemüdlich und komfortabel war. Jeder Zeit wieder. Tolles Haus! Sehr Empfehlenswert

Vicinity of the holiday home: Strand und das kleine Stadtzentrum liegen ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad in 3 min und zu Fuss in 15 min locker zu erreichen. Nächst größere Stadt (Middelburg) für event. regnerische Tage mit dem Auto max 20 min. Phantastisches Naturschutzgebiet in ganz Zeeland, somit auch sehr viel Grün mit Dünenlandschaft und einem hervorragenden Strand in Oostkapelle. Nette kleine Cafe´s und Restaurant gut zu Fuss in 10 min. erreichbar. (Aber grillen im großen Garten ist immer ne alternative)
free time activities: Strand, Fussballplatz, Kinderspeilplätze und weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gnaz in der Nähe
shopping facilities: der Supermarkt in Oostkapelle ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet alles was man braucht. Fürs Shopping und große Besorgungen nimmt man die Fahrt nach Middelburg gern in Kauf ... da bekommt man alles was man braucht und manchmal sogar mehr als man für eine Stadt mit 50.000 Einwohnern erwartet!
