The apartment is suitable for 5 people and is located on the ground floor.
The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with a comfortable seating area and a fireplace, where you can relax after a day at the beach or by the pool. There is digital TV, which can receive both Dutch and German channels.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The dining area is spacious enough for 5 people and the colour scheme of the house will make you feel right at home during your well-deserved beach holiday in Zeeland!
The completely renovated bathroom has a rain shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a washing machine.
The master bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 80 x 200 cm, the second bedroom has a bunk bed of 90 x 200 cm and the third bedroom has 1 single bed of 90 x 200 cm. Bed linen can of course be booked.
At the back of the apartment is the terrace where you can enjoy a snack and a drink at the dining table. The children can play on the lawn.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Zuidstrand apartment complex in Westkapelle and has a unique location at the foot of the dunes.
On the grounds themselves there are 2 swimming pools (open from May to September), a large one that drops down to deep water and a large children's pool. Ideal for anyone looking for a holiday home with a swimming pool in Zeeland!
There is also a tennis court (to be booked at the reception) and a playground near the house.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
