Description
The suite is situated on the boulevard of Vlissingen on the beach and the sea.
The camera on the begane grond is limited to one tweepersoonsbed. This is released on arrival.

Vlissingen is one of the most popular coastal towns in Zeeland! Vlissingen is an old harbour town at the mouth of the Westerschelde! Vlissingen is also a real tourist attraction. During the summer time many German tourists come to discover Vlissingen!
Beach
Vlissingen has two beaches. The beach borders the boulevard, where you will find all the facilities you need!
A little further you will find the Nollestrand, which borders on the beautiful dunes of Vlissingen.
Both beaches have all kinds of food and drink facilities and there are showers and toilets nearby
Boulevard

The Arsenal: The Arsenal is an ideal place to go with your children! There are a lot of activities to do there. Learn all about pirates, see all the beautiful fish and visit the crow's nest, which gives you a good view over the whole of Vlissingen!
Art routes: In Vlissingen you will find various art routes. These can be discovered on foot or by bicycle!

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
