Discover the perfect holiday destination in Westkapelle, Zeeland. Our holiday flat "Chalet for 4 people near the beach" offers 44 square metres of space for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The chalet impresses with its idyllic location in the centre of a quiet residential area. From the outside, the building impresses with its charming wooden façade and its well-tended garden, which invites you to relax and play. A private car park is available and bicycles can also be used to explore the picturesque surroundings.
Inside, you will find a cosy interior that invites you to feel at home. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and free WiFi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. The bathroom is modern and has a shower and all the necessary sanitary facilities.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Enjoy your breakfast here or round off the day with a glass of wine.
The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Enjoy long walks by the water, watch the sunset or discover the nearby lighthouse. The town of Westkapelle with its charming houses and cafés is also worth a visit.

THE CHALET
Our chalet was built in 2010 and measures 11.5 x 4 metres. It is a chalet for 4 people with a spacious living room of approx. 20 m2. It is equipped with central heating, so it is also very suitable when the days are a little colder. All windows are fitted with fly screens.
The chalet has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. And a bedroom with two single beds of 80 x 200 cm each. The beds are equipped with single duvets with pillows (an additional double duvet is also available). Both bedrooms have sufficient storage space.
In addition to the necessary furniture, the living room is equipped with a television and a DAB radio. Free internet access is available in the chalet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Senseo machine, a coffee machine and a microwave/oven combination.
The fully tiled bathroom has a washbasin with mirror and socket. There is a shower measuring 90 x 90 cm. There is also a toilet in the bathroom.
There is a garden set with parasol. There is also a barbecue in the pavilion that you can use.
In addition to your personal belongings, you will need to bring your own bed linen.
There are no additional facilities in the chalet for small children. You will need to bring your own.
On the day of arrival you are welcome from 15:00 (notification before 17:00) and you will receive the key at the reception. On the day of departure you must leave the chalet by 10.00 am at the latest. If you clean yourself, you can stay until 11.00 am.
Pets are not allowed in the chalet, nor is smoking permitted.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow young people to stay alone.
A deposit of €100 is required. As a rule, you will receive it back within 14 days after the end of the rental period.

The campsite is located between the towns of Westkapelle (1.5 km) and Zoutelande (3 km).
The distance to the beach is about 500 metres. At the dune crossing you come directly to a pub. There is a small supermarket about 300 metres away. A larger supermarket and other shops can be found in Westkapelle and Zoutelande.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Gas is included in the above rental amounts. Water. Light and tourist tax.
However, final cleaning and parking costs are not included. The additional parking costs must be paid at the campsite itself. These parking costs are 3 euros per person (rate 2023) per night for people aged 3 and over.
You can choose whether you want to do the final cleaning yourself with the items provided in the chalet or have us take care of it for an extra charge.

Cancellation terms:
- MIETBEDINGUNGEN Der Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr und der Check-out ist bis 10:00 Uhr oder 11:00 Uhr mit Selbst Reinigung. HAUSTIERE und RAUCHEN: Haustiere sind im Chalet unter keinen Umständen erlaubt. Das Rauchen ist im Chalet nicht gestattet. KAUTION: Eine Kaution von mindestens 200 € ist erforderlich. Diese muss innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung bezahlt werden. Von dieser Kaution werden 100 € automatisch in eine Kaution umgewandelt. Diese Anzahlung wird innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor der Abreise vollständig zurückerstattet, wenn die folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind: - Es wurden keine Schäden am Chalet oder seinem Inhalt angerichtet - Die Inventur ist noch vollständig - Es wurden keine Bußgelder für illegale Aktivitäten, Haustiere, andere Vermietungen oder Dienstleistungen verhängt, die während des Aufenthalts bestellt wurden - Sämtlicher Müll wurde in den entsprechenden Behältern entsorgt und das gesamte gebrauchte Kücheninventar wurde gereinigt und entsorgt - Ein Schlüsselsatz wurde im Chalet gelassen und ein zweiter Satz wurde an der Rezeption übergeben. - Im Falle einer eigenen Reinigung muss alles gemäß der Beschreibung im Gästebuch gereinigt werden. BEZAHLUNG: Die Zahlung muss wie in der oben genannten Buchungsbestätigung angegeben erfolgen. ABSAGE 1. Der Mieter muss per E-Mail oder schriftlich kündigen 2. Im Falle einer Stornierung schuldet der Mieter folgende Stornokosten: 1. 15% des Mietpreises bei Stornierung mehr als 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn. Dies mit einem Mindestbetrag von € 50,- 2. 50% des Mietpreises bei Stornierung länger als 1 Monat, aber nicht länger als 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn. Dies mit einem Mindestbetrag von € 100,- 3. 90% des Mietpreises bei Stornierung ab 1 Tag, aber nicht länger als 1 Monat vor Mietbeginn. 4. 100% des Mietpreises bei Stornierung am Tag des Mietbeginns. 5. Wird das Chalet für den (teil-)vereinbarten Zeitraum an einen Dritten vermietet, reduzieren sich die Stornokosten um die Mieteinnahmen. 6. Der Vermieter kann dem Mieter im Zusammenhang mit der Stornierung einen Pauschalbetrag in Höhe von 25 € sowie angemessene Kosten (wie z.B. Werbekosten) in Rechnung stellen. MAXIMALE BELEGUNG: Die maximale Anzahl der Gäste ist auf vier (4) Personen begrenzt, sofern nicht anders vereinbart. INBEGRIFFEN - Im Mietpreis inbegriffen: Kurtaxe und Nutzung der Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes Het Hoge Licht. Den Anweisungen des Campingplatzleiters ist stets Folge zu leisten. FALSCHE RESERVIERUNGEN: Reservierungen, die unter Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen vorgenommen werden, führen zum Abzug Ihrer Zahlungen, Kautionen oder des Mietbetrags, und der Partei wird kein Zugang zum Chalet gewährt. PARKEN : Es steht ein Parkplatz für maximal 1 Fahrzeug zur Verfügung. Dieses Fahrzeug darf nur auf den dafür vorgesehenen Plätzen abgestellt werden. Das Parken auf oder in der Nähe der Straße ist nicht erlaubt. VERSICHERUNG: Wir empfehlen allen unseren Gästen den Abschluss einer Reise- und Reiserücktrittsversicherung für ihren Urlaub. HAFTUNG: Die Vermieter sind nicht verantwortlich für Unfälle, Verletzungen oder Krankheiten, die während eines Aufenthalts in oder um die Immobilie auftreten. Die Hausbesitzer sind auch nicht verantwortlich für den Verlust von persönlichen Gegenständen oder Wertgegenständen. PFLICHTEN DES VERMIETERS: 1. Das Chalet rechtzeitig zur Verfügung zu stellen, wie in dieser Buchungsbestätigung vereinbart 2. Kann in gutem Zustand und komplett mit Inventar zur Verfügung gestellt werden 3. Der Vermieter hat eine Gebäude-, Hausratversicherung für das Chalet und eine spezielle Haftpflichtversicherung im Hinblick auf die Haftung gegenüber den Mietern abgeschlossen. 4. Geben Sie ausreichende Anweisungen für die Nutzung der Unterkunft. Diese Anweisung ist im Gästebuch im Chalet beschrieben.
