The living room is cosily furnished and has a comfortable seating area where you can relax after a day at the beach or at the swimming pool (which is located in the adjacent park Zuidstrand and can be used free of charge). There is a digital TV available, on which you can receive both Dutch and German channels. The apartment has a super luxurious new kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, the microwave with oven function, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In short, excellent for preparing substantial meals during your holiday! The dining area is spacious enough for 4 people, and the colour scheme and furnishings of the apartment will make you feel right at home during your well-deserved holiday in Zeeland! The completely renovated bathroom has a rain shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. The master bedroom has 2 single box spring beds (80 x 200 cm) and in the children's room you will find 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm). Bed linen can of course be booked in addition.

Just a stone's throw from the beach, between Zoutelande and Westkapelle, you'll find this lovely apartment with private balcony in Westkapelle, suitable for a maximum of 4 people! The apartment is located on the first floor of the Vikingpark in Westkapelle and has a unique location at the foot of the dunes, overlooking the dunes. The Vikingpark has a playground in the outdoor area.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
