The apartment has recently been completely renovated, modernly furnished and fully equipped.
The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a sofa bed (for the 5th person) and a fireplace, where you can relax after a day at the beach or the swimming pool. There is digital TV, which can receive both Dutch and German channels.
The open kitchen has been completely renovated and is equipped with induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In short, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available!
The dining area is spacious enough for 4/5 people and the colour scheme of the house will make you feel right at home during your well-deserved beach holiday in Zeeland!
The completely remodeled bathroom has a walk-in (rain) shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 80 x 200 cm, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds of 100 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm. Bed linen can of course be booked in addition.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious balcony with a parasol over the entire width of the balcony. The balcony is on the northeast side and you have the possibility to have breakfast here in the morning in the sun.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the first floor of the Zuidstrand apartment complex in Westkapelle and has a unique location at the foot of the dunes, overlooking the dunes in winter and the adjacent woodland in summer, which offers plenty of privacy.
In the complex itself there are 2 swimming pools (open from May to September), a large pool that drops down to deep water and a large children's pool. Ideal for anyone looking for a holiday home with a swimming pool in Zeeland!
There is also a tennis court (to be booked at reception) and a playground.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
