The location is especially attractive for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts. The canals offer ideal conditions for boating, fishing, and kayaking. In just a few minutes you can reach the river, which invites you to take trips to Sanibel, Captiva, or Pine Island. For nature lovers, there are numerous parks and nature reserves in the area, including the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Take a trip to the nearby Sun Splash Family Waterpark or to the Cultural Park Theater, which offers cultural events and performances. This location is an ideal balance between peaceful living and proximity to the amenities of the city and nature. In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories for your excursions in the garage. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the pool area, and its own en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, share a bathroom. The second bedroom also offers direct pool access.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Our guests are looked after by our German property management. She will always be ready to help you with any questions or problems you may have. After your arrival, you will be shown around the house. In the villa, you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.
