The modern and lovingly furnished "Villa Felicity" invites you to an unforgettable dream holiday on the west coast of Florida in the south-east of Cape Coral, in the yacht club area, one of the most popular locations.
The south-west orientation provides an all-day opportunity to enjoy the sun and a marvellous sunset.
The very cosy holiday villa in Cape Coral offers 200 square metres of living space, a light-flooded living area with an inviting open kitchen island, an elegant, generously equipped fitted kitchen with counter seating and an equally elegant dining area for six people as well as a modern reading corner.
For your entertainment, Villa Felicity is equipped with modern flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, which have Smart TV functions. Of course, you can expect high-speed internet and a wide range of cable TV, as well as a modern sound system in the living room with Bluetooth and home cinema functions.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room next to the double garage. Sufficient bed linen, towels, beach towels and a cool box are also available.
The elegant and tastefully decorated living area leads to the master suite with king-size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanities. On the opposite side of the living area are 2 guest suites, each with a queen-size bed and shared bathroom with shower and washbasin. The master suite and the south-facing guest room have direct access to the pool, whirlpool and spacious terrace.
The large, partially covered terrace offers comfortable seating and sun loungers, as well as parasols, directly by the extra-large pool with jacuzzi in a sought-after south-west orientation for romantic sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated electrically. There is also an outdoor shower and a pool bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
A high-quality gas barbecue invites you to enjoy culinary barbecue evenings.
The almost floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up a generous view of the pool and terrace and can be completely pushed together to combine the indoor and outdoor areas. The pool area is equipped with an electronic child safety lock, so patio doors can be secured if required.
The yacht club with Clubhouse, Fishing Pier, City Beach and the famous beach restaurant "Boathouse", directly on the Caloosahatchee River, can be reached in a few minutes by car or boat. Here you will still find the original Florida with its original atmosphere. You will also find numerous shopping facilities and a wide range of restaurants just a few minutes away.
You can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the open sea from the hotel's own extra-wide boat dock with romantic "tiki hat" in just a few minutes, without any bridges or locks. Boat mooring at the dock as well as water connection and electricity are available.
Villa Felicity offers everything you could dream of for an unforgettable, dreamlike and sophisticated holiday in the "Sunshine State", including possible boat trips to the magical island world at the gates of Cape Coral, with Sanibel Island and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach and the associated flora and fauna. With a bit of luck, dolphins and manatees can also be spotted at the hotel's own boat dock.
The house can be used by pushchairs and wheelchair users due to the bungalow design.
For our guests at CoralVilla, we have created individual information folders for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Boat hire is recommended!!! No boating licence is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
